This is the restaurant in the hotel. Currently no room service from the restaurant itself; guests are to pick up the meal from the bar area. Here is an updated menu delivered by hotel staff to my room on 5/15/2023
I cannot say how the food is as mine never arrived. However the staff were polite and apologetic.

The food was surprisingly good. Chicken wings are great. We came for the happy hour. The service was slightly slow considering we were the only group in the dining area. But the food was served quickly!

Verde Kitchen & Bar offers tasty drinks and breakfast at average prices. The California Breakfast Burrito is a must-try, filled with delicious eggs and homestyle potatoes. The Chicken Fried Steak is also a hit, though the portion size is huge. The wait time for orders can be long, and prices are slightly higher due to hotel guest food credit. The chicken wings are delicious, and despite slightly slow service during happy hour, the food arrives promptly. Overall, a surprisingly good dining experience at Verde Kitchen & Bar.
