Conveniently located for those of us working in Downtown San Diego, Thotsakan is a great place to grab a tasty lunch affordably and in time to get back to work by the end of one's lunch break. Their pumpkin curry, drunken noodles, and choo chee salmon lunch specials are especially good :)
