I came here on a Thursday around 11:30 AM and had a great experience. There was only one other table with customers, so it was quiet, with plenty of seating available. We were greeted and helped immediately.
Parking is easy since it’s located in a shopping complex with plenty of available spaces.

56 Thai Cafe is a great local Thai food spot. The restaurant is on the smaller size with a clean and simple setup, a small number of indoor tables, and a take out counter. Because of this, large groups probably should make reservations. Parking is easy since it is located in a shopping complex with plenty of available spaces. Service is polite, prompt, and top notch. The menu is very extensive with a large selection of drinks as well. The food is great with good portion sizes. One of the best Thai krapow, Drunken noodle, and soups were also good. The mango sticky rice was a very nice portion size and just the right consistency. The khao soi and Chef's special - Kai Soi are delicious with such great depth of flavors. What this restaurant does that the other restaurants don't do is have a small plate of the add on condiments on the side so you can add what you like. The Creamy Tom Yum Udon with shrimp was fantastic with so much flavor and a huge portion. They also serve Thai beer. Just know it runs 1-2 levels hotter than similar places, so watch your spiciness level and go 1 number lower than you expect.
