“I love this location. Been a handful of times. My first visit, was the first real time I have been introduced to Gluten Free beer. I have family friend who I believe is a “Celiac” and this brewery is one of the few that he can enjoy. I visited the Encinitas location, staff and vibe was off the day I went but here it’s always fun. Beer has gotten a little stale for me considering they always have the same product. So my only critique would be is experiment with more beers haha.“

“I wanted to like the pizza more but have to admit it was just okay. Maybe because my slices were a little crunchy? Also nothing flavor wise really made it stand out. The cheese and sauce were doing the bare minimum. I could just be spoiled because there's too many other pizza places around. There's no bathroom to wash your hands before you eat but they do offer hand sanitizer. On the plus side they do offer draft beer which pairs nicely with your slices and the staff was very friendly. I would be willing to try this place again.“

“Food from heaven! I moved away from San Diego but I asked my friend to take balboa bakery all the way for me. My persian azizam pissed them off saying this is not even the authentic middle eastern bakery but trust me that little brown flower will make you forget what authenticity is“

“Great gluten-free baked goods! I got the mini lemon blueberry loaf. It was light and airy and great flavor. It was hard to tell how the coffee was. I got a pumpkin spice latte with oat milk and it was very flavorful - exactly what pumpkin spice is. It was on the sweeter side with lots of chai-like spice. You can taste the ginger, cloves, etc. so you can tell it’s not artificial, which is nice. If you like very strong pumpkin spice flavors, I think you’ll like this place. Next time I’ll try a plain unsweetened latte. They make their flavorings in house and bake the pastries fresh every day. They have the baking mixes for sale as well. There was plenty of seating. I was genuinely curious to try this place after reading all the mixed reviews. Some mentioned bad customer service, poor seating, coffee that tasted bad, and gas station-looking pastries. But I didn’t experience any of that. I took an updated video to show what the place looks like now.“

“So good! I tried the cinnamon roll and was absolutely blown away! In my option it’s the best gf cinnamon roll I’ve ever had. Even my gluten eating fiancé was impressed and said he couldn’t tell it was gf. The honey nut bread is tasty and so was the cookie that I sampled. I’m excited to try all the things!“

“Like a few others here, I am a native New Yorker with a love for authentic and delicious rugulach with proper and freash ingredients.Chewy's rugulach is the best there is here on the west coast.I pick up the chocolate rugulach at the cookie bar at Whole Foods Market in El Segundo, and you should too! Just the most delicious snack one could ask for. Love the raspberry (not usually a Raspberry fan of anything) and the apricot as well!“

“I came for a visit with some friends. As expected since it's a popular location, the parking was a little difficult to find and there was quite a wait. The staff provided great service and offered plenty of recommendations. Inside the restaurant, it's very spacious and warm with wood accents and a full bar.

For appetizers, we ordered the Takoyaki, Karaage, and Pork Gyoza. The Takoyaki was very hot and incredibly soft and gooey it practically melts into your mouth. The kaarage was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and paired nicely with the sauce. A hint of lemon made it taste so much better. The Pork Gyoza was a good starter and a great way to begin a meal. For our main dishes, we had the Traditional Tonkotsu Ramen, Carnitas Ramen, the Chicken Ramen, and the Chicken Katsu Curry. The Tonkotsu Ramen stood out the most. It's very flavorful and balanced nicely without an overly rich or heavy taste. The Carnitas Ramen was very interesting since it's a unique fusion-style dish which surprisingly works well. The Chicken Ramen on the other hand was decent. The chicken itself was a bit dry and salty, making it the least favorite out of the three we tried. As for the Chicken Katsu Curry, the katsu is crunchy, soft and was great to have. It's not overpowering and the curry flavor was spot on.

Overall, I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a satisfying bowl of ramen. It's a great spot for friends, family, and groups. Only downside is having to deal with the wait and limited parking so plan accordingly.“

“Loved my impromptu dine-in experience! I was waiting for my car to be fixed and found Pho Ha Noi on Google since it was a short walk away. The dine-in experience is basic & straight forward - you order at the counter and they bring the food to you when it’s ready.

I tried the grilled shrimp vermicelli noodle bowl and an iced Vietnamese coffee to-go. The server was very friendly & efficient and the food was delicious! I loved the pickled vegetables, the veggies were fresh, and the shrimp was sautéed with perfectly crisp/golden garlic & onions. I would definitely eat here again since I’d like to try a tofu dish 😊“

Any curry comes with naan, rice and salad so in a way one dish for each person. Food was delicious and served quickly. In starter, bhel puri chaat was fresh and quite tasty.“

“Hit up the New Nutmeg on Danielson Street in Poway. I heard their Scripps location closed because the landlord raised the rent so high it was unaffordable for them to stay there. We were a large group so we were able to order a bunch of menu items. There was a line but its a very popular place so we were not surprised. We started with some espresso drinks, and agua frescas. We had the Hearty Bowl, Avocado Toast, and Amazing Burrito. Some in our group had the new Grandpa's Breakfast Bun with the egg and spam, and the Porky. They are very flexible with special orders including one in our group who is gluten sensitive. We finished, sharing their in-house baked pastries (they have gluten-free pastries); the warmed espresso scones and cinnamon buns (don't ever leave without having the "buns"). I work in the area so Nutmeg is now my go-to for breakfast before work, or lunch. Its also located nearby Costco and Home Depot, convenient for a weekend meal before or after my weekly Costco runs.“

“I haven’t come in a while since the service wasn’t the best, but shoutout to Gabriel & Leo — they were so kind! Especially Gabriel. He approached me right away, asked for my name to get my order started, and was super passionate while making my pizza and talking with my husband and me. I honestly thought he had been working there for a long time, but he mentioned he’d only been there a few weeks — and he absolutely nailed it.
Leo was helping Gabriel with questions he had, and he was so kind and supportive. It really showed great teamwork, and it’s so nice to see that kind of environment. It made me feel really comfortable eating there. Hearing Gabriel say he enjoys working there honestly made me happy because you can tell they genuinely care.
Also, shoutout to Ryan (I believe that was his name) at the cashier. When I came to the front to ask for a cup of water, he immediately approached me to see if I needed anything. 10/10 experience.
And when I asked Gabriel and Leo for their names so I could leave them a review, they were both so humble and didn’t hesitate to share them, even though they weren’t expecting it for a good review.
