On the chicken kebab, which was ridiculously juicy and incredibly marinated full of flavor Last, but not least, they surprised us with dessert, which was a homemade ice cream with hints of pistachio and rosewater. “We come here periodically and the food is always great. We appreciate the healthy choices, especially for our kiddos too. Even the soft drinks are yummy. I especially love their sauces and the chimichurri that comes with the empanadas is to die for. Our kids were having a rough time on one of our recent visits - our toddler was crying - and Louie was so kind and understanding. He saved the day with a couple of cookies for the kids. There was also an odd alarm going off behind their building that made it a little unpleasant to sit outside, but he found the security guard and got the issue fixed right away, which felt above-and-beyond. “Outstanding Chicken Parmigiana with a side of friendly, welcoming service at Rock On Pizza in Esco! I saw their recent promotion of this new dish and had to try it. Only $9.99 for now but it’s easily worth double that. Spaghetti was al dente with a richly flavored marinara. Their execution of this dish, in a humble strip mall pizzeria, rivals or exceeds some sit down Italian restaurants in the area. Highly recommended. Comes with bread 🤗“

“I usually order delivery but ordered through Grubhub due to a work sponsored lunch and was so excited to see Gianni's on Grubhub! I have celiac disease and it is near impossible to find safe celiac options available on delivery apps. I ordered the mini gluten free with a side salad. Absolutely delicious! The owner assured me he would make the pizza to limit/avoid cross contamination even on delivery orders. I highly recommend!! I have never had any issues or had a celiac reaction. Thank you Gianni's Pizza for having safe options for the celiac community!“

“I came here on a Wednesday evening around 6:30 PM. We requested a table by the window hoping to catch the sunset, but the windows have a covering/tint on them to help block the sun from shining directly into diners’ eyes. Because of that you really don’t get much of a sunset view. Ironically, the sun was still getting in our eyes so we ended up playing a little game of musical chairs throughout dinner.

The service, however, was excellent. We were given great recommendations, checked on frequently, and everyone was very attentive.

I ordered:

• Bread Service: The bread is phenomenal. It comes out fresh and warm, and honestly, portion control is difficult because it’s that good. A server also prepares a plate of balsamic vinaigrette and olive oil at the table for dipping.

• Insalata Alle Pere: This was so fresh, light, and delicious. I highly recommend it.

• Daily Special Risotto: The special that evening had filet in it. I asked for no mushrooms, and they were able to accommodate that without any issue. It was absolutely delicious. The portion was also huge so I took about half of it home, and it reheated perfectly.

One downside was how warm it was inside. They definitely need to have the AC running more or add some fans because I was actually sweating through the back of my dress.

It was also my friend’s birthday. I had made a note of it on the reservation and mentioned it again to a waitress, but unfortunately it wasn’t acknowledged and nothing special was done.

Overall it’s a really cute place with phenomenal food and excellent service. You don’t quite get the sunset view you may expect, and it can get pretty warm inside, but the food was excellent. I’m already looking forward to coming back and trying more of the menu.“

I love everything about this service and how responsive and flexible they are.
