“I appreciate having a local cafe where I can eat almost everything! They use no seed oils; it's 100% GF and have many dairy free options. They use homemade almond milk without the additives. I can enjoy a latte, a baked good like their pumpkin cupcake which is delicious, and they have amazing vegan bacon on their Sammy sandwich.“

The tri-tip was very good, nicely done. Good flavor and good serving size. Chimicurri sauce was also very good. The fries were served hot and crisp, mixed grilled veg serving was very small, focaccia bread (not shown) was fresh.
The counter service was slow, we were ignored for too long, with no acknowledgement.
We sat on outside patio area, staff was slow to clean tables (there were crows feeding off the leftover plates).“

“I love this location. Been a handful of times. My first visit, was the first real time I have been introduced to Gluten Free beer. I have family friend who I believe is a “Celiac” and this brewery is one of the few that he can enjoy. I visited the Encinitas location, staff and vibe was off the day I went but here it’s always fun. Beer has gotten a little stale for me considering they always have the same product. So my only critique would be is experiment with more beers haha.“

“It’s our annual place to be every August for the last 17 years: celebrating 50 years of marriage! The food, service and atmosphere right on the beach is heavenly. Our bartender Steve congratulated us and we talked for a short time. Everyone is so friendly, can’t beat the quality of their meals ! We drive out from Phoenix to have their specialty. “Tiramisu cake was top notch! Viking cake was super rich, but still delicious. Paired with red wines and vanilla bean ice cream. Ice cream came out first, cake about 3 minutes later, but wines were delayed quite some time. Service was fairly slow, but staff were extremely friendly and obviously hard at work. Huge portions! Recommendation: a garnish or side of strawberries with the Viking cake.“

I have to be gluten free unfortunately but it doesn’t feel like a pain here, well labeled menu, they have regular gluten options so my boyfriend can choose anything as well, he has tried my gluten free options and said they are also just as good, the gluten free buns are pretty decent but I prefer the bowls, I’m not big on gluten free bread, the buns are not gluten free by default you have to ask for that just fyi, we love the food every time, bowls are great, the peri peri sauce is my fave“

“Like a few others here, I am a native New Yorker with a love for authentic and delicious rugulach with proper and freash ingredients.Chewy's rugulach is the best there is here on the west coast.I pick up the chocolate rugulach at the cookie bar at Whole Foods Market in El Segundo, and you should too! Just the most delicious snack one could ask for. Love the raspberry (not usually a Raspberry fan of anything) and the apricot as well!“

“Our dining experience at Vigilucci's Trattoria was absolutely exceptional from the moment we walked through the door until the end of the evening. We arrived and asked if our 6:30 p.m. reservation could be moved to 7:00–7:15 p.m. to give the rest of our party more time to arrive. The manager at the host stand immediately accommodated our request with a smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. It was the first of many examples of outstanding hospitality. While we waited, we enjoyed the bar, where Amy took wonderful care of us. She was warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the wine selection. She helped us choose a great wine and even took the time to tell us about the other Vigilucci's restaurants. Her genuine enthusiasm and engaging personality made the wait fly by. Around 7:00 p.m., the manager came over to let us know our table was ready and invited us to be seated while we waited for the rest of our party.
