I had two dinners in the past week, a crispy tangerine chicken dish and pad see eu with duck (both are faux meat, vegan), both around $18. They were delicious and I took home leftovers for another full meal the next day. I also had the flower cups appetizer that comes with a tasty sauce — also excellent though I would have preferred them warmer. My only disappointment is that most of the desserts are not vegan; it would not be hard for Plumeria to find a source for vegan cakes....read full review
They had a lovely Christmas decoration. They were open on Christmas Eve and 25th Dec as well!!! Excellent food taste at Encinitas compared to the one in University Heights. We are a regular at the other branch. At first, we were extremely happy to know there is another one in Encinitas. But, we were not expecting the food to be unbearably spicy here (we ordered a Spicy Basil and a Cashewnut Entree with white rice (with a level 2 spiciness out of 5). This is hands down my favorite restaurant in north county San Diego. I absolutely love it.
