“My husband and I have been using a meal prep delivery services for about a year. We work out at Hard Core Fitness Downtown and they recommended using Lean & Tasty during one of the 60 day challenges because Lean & Tasty had created a menu with the specific calories/macros required.The meals were so fresh and clean and delicious even with the very strict macro requirements that we continued on using them after the challenge was over. The options are amazing because if you can choose between different menus depending on what your goals are. If you just want delicious, fresh and creative meals they have those but they also have diet specific meals under the Workout Meals sections where you can choose between the portion size as well as high, normal or no carb.
