16 Best Ice Cream Shops in San Marcos

“delicious ice cream, great location! Perfect local spot …“

“The only wrong with this place is I can’t eat everything I want in one sitting . I’ve been here so many times and not once have had the same thing twice . Their fruit is so fresh and ripe. Their milkshakes are thick and fine. Their paletas are magnificent. The staff makes all your stuff just right .“

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Crumbl Cookie is NEXT LEVEL 🔥🍪 Soft, warm, thick, and absolutely loaded with flavor. Every week feels like a new obsession with their rotating menu, and honestly… there are no bad choices. The pink box alone is iconic. One bite and you’re hooked—dangerously good, worth every calorie, zero regrets. If you haven’t tried Crumbl yet, you’re missing out BIG TIME 🤤💖“

“So glad to have a Handel’s in the neighborhood! Nice little courtyard to sit and enjoy the ice cream, and I appreciated the code to scan to see the current menu because the screens inside the window were a little hard to see. We will be back frequently!“

“Great place to meet friends, hang out, and chat. I get a boba after dinner before going out sometimes. I'm not a boba snob, but I like what I've had so far.“

“My whole family loves 💗 this place. Highly recommended“

“Great location and service! I have tried their new Dubai chocolate one and highly recommend it if you want to try something new 😉 they have a great selection of different flavors, and they are super clean, which is really important for me. Their cake selection is also great if you are looking for a fun birthday or celebration cake 🍰“

“Froyo love is delicious! I was pleasantly suprised by the selection of flavors. I’m a tart type of a girl but all the flavors, made me try each one! Hahah. They were all amazing and I even ventured out of my typical flavor profile and got 3 different ones in one bowl! Highly recommend and the couches are so comfy!“

“Baskin-Robbins off of Nordahl Rd., I see you!! I was so delighted and pleasantly surprised to discover this oreo ice cream cake flavored bit of fun the other day!! This Chainsaw Man themed anime cake is just perfect for fans like me!

My friends and family and I are huge anime fans and I'm not sure how many businesses in my home area are aware of how popular anime characters are. The fandom for anime & manga is always growing. It's so nice to find a place nearby, a little popular, classic chain ice cream shop, that is also updated with the changing interests of customers & clientele!!

It definitely felt like a real welcome treat seeing something familiar that always puts a smile on mine and family's faces. We will definitely be back for more if these type of custom made cakes!!“

“Came in to grab some ice cream w/ my husband after we grabbed some tacos . The two working tonight 8/11 were so sweet & nice . Let me tell you I would love them working where I work . They asked if I was apart of their loyalty program & if we wanted to add to our ice cream . These are the type of people you need on your team !! Personable & amazing ! Great job !!“

“You can do the drive through or pull up to a ordering space. The food is delicious. One of the best fast food chains, but albeit on the pricier side for fast food, but you get quality. Their burgers are loaded with quality meat, fresh vegetables, and tasty ingredients. Their tater tots are crispy on the outside and soft and warm on the inside. Their shakes and Sonic Blasts are delicious. This is my new favorite fast food.“
