“The kids that work at this location are young, think around 21. They're all kind and helpful, cookies always come out looking and prepared as they should. Team is useful, cookies are delicious, and it's located in a stripmall full of other food choices for lunch and dinner.“

“This location is by far the BEST of all the Nekter Juice Bar's. The owner is AWESOME and is always here. Our orders are always consistent and customer service is great! What sets this location apart from the rest is the bang for the bucks and the customer service. Unlike the other Nekters around San Diego I have been to (La Jolla, Encinitas, and Carlsbad), when you order a fresh juice with ice, this location will give you a second cup with the remaining juice for the size you ordered. If you have a 32oz juice and the ice takes up 4oz, you will get the 4oz of juice in a second cup. They don't toss it out like other places. The customer service industry is deteriorating rapidly and you don't get that feeling when you come here. We are happy to call this our Spot!“
“Frugos frozen yogurt shop is the reason my dogs and I have trust issues. Every time we walk by, their puppy eyes light up like it's Christmas morning because they know it's pup cup time! I mean, who can resist those adorable faces? And let's talk about the toppings - they're like the Willy Wonka factory of frozen yogurt! Sour gummy worms? Check. Sprinkles? Double check. I may be an adult, but when it comes to toppings, I'm basically a kid in a candy store. Dont judge me or @ me. My wallet may weep when I see the final bill, but hey, a little indulgence never hurt anyone, right? Plus, bonus points for the super friendly staff who always greet us with smiles bigger than our yogurt mountains. And don't even get me started on the convenience of being next to a Pizza Hut. It's like they know exactly what we need - a dessert AND dinner option all in one spot. Frugos, you've officially won over my heart (and my taste buds). Five stars, no question! “Got the white chocolate mocha...DELICIOUS!! Parked like 3 blocks away and got to see some idyllic beach side scenery on the walk there. The interior was super cute a d the art decorating the menu and walls was so cool...like classic beach town paintings of aquatic wildlife that add to the seaside vibe perfectly.“

“This was my first time visiting the strawberry shack. I have been wanting to try it since it was in Carlsbad and now that they have an Oceanside location I couldn't resist. I ended up getting the strawberry cheesecake, the worker added strawberries and whipped cream to the top. It was very rich and cream, I loved it. I went one a Saturday evening. There wasn't a line but there were people filling all of the indoor seating. It felt crowded to me and I took mine to go as there wasn't really anywhere for me to eat it in the shop. The menu was a bit confusing. I think the menu words needed to be slightly larger and not with a distracting background. I was a little confused about what was available. I stuck to what was in the cases as that was what I could see. I was browsing and the worker kept trying to sell me on the cannoli. He told me about is a few times and then brought it out of the case to show me. I'm not a fan of cannolis but maybe they are good here. This is a crowded area of town but there is street parking and a small parking lot across the street and next to the building. (I'm not sure if they are business specific so check the signs) I was able to get. Spot right out front as someone was leaving.“
“The ice cream here is the same great quality you come to expect. We had a little problem where they forgot to defrost mint chip and vanilla so we could not have those flavors. Mint chip is by far the best and black cherry would have to be a close second. Overall the experience was very enjoyable. The staff was very prompt, even though there was a line at the main register they still came over to take care of us at the thrifty area.“

“Really recommend this place! I love the tostilocos and the tostifruta. They always go crazy on the salsa and I really enjoy the tostilocos because they have tamarindo candy, tostitos and salsa. I also like the escamocha. Also the service is really good, the staff is really nice and helpful. The inside of the place is really clean. They have a claw machine that wins almost all the time.“
“I came here for national froyo day because it was buy one get one free! They don't have that many flavors, but the froyo tastes good. There are more toppings than Yogurtland. The workers were friendly and I enjoyed my yogurt. I got the pistachio and cake batter flavor and it was delicious.“

“Can't imagine this shop ever getting a bad review. It is the 'Cutest' little icecream shop with Yummpy Candies & even Clove & Blackjack Gum and treats from Baby Boomer eras. Good choice of icecream while getting to sit out front and watch the Seagulls & Pelicans along with the Boaters & Fishermen in the Harbor. What more could anyone ask?“
“There are plenty of vegan options here if you're dairy free like I am or actually vegan. The vegan bases include almond, oat, and coconut. I ordered the almond base (vegan) rolled ice cream with Oreos. It also came with non dairy whipped topping. The ice cream was good overall, but I do feel like the almond base lacked a little bit of flavor compared to other non dairy ice creams I've had. My girlfriend had regular rolled ice cream, and she enjoyed it.Dietary restrictions: Vegan based ice cream (almond, oat, and coconut) is available!“

The gentleman working in the evenings has consistently been fantastic, welcoming, and exceptionally courteous to our entire family. We eagerly anticipate seeing him during our visits. Reflecting on last year, we recall multiple instances when it felt like they were running out of items, and the cleanliness was lacking. The staff seemed disinterested, making the experience less enjoyable. The positive change with the addition of the new staff member has been refreshing, and we now genuinely love going there.
