“The best Michoacana! They have so many flavors of popsicles the other places don't have, special made ones, and they always have all ice cream in stock, unlike other places that run out. Tonight I bought 2 scoops, one chocolate and one strawberry. The employees were nice and there were a few seats inside. The music is loud, just a heads up. I will 100% be back! Love this place. “The Matcha and the toasted green tea ice-cream was good, it wasn't too sweet. I got a Maiko jelly parfait medium for $11.31 and it was underwhelming. The jelly was half frozen and not from the ice cream as at the bottom of the cup i could see peices of ice. The agar had a good texture and the mochi was tasty. I probably wont come here again but i am not unhappy that I bought it. I just think that this place isn't for my tastes. But customer service was nice and let me sample their ice creams before ordering and they have a self service kiosk if you know what you like/want.“

“Accessibility: there were only two accessible/handicap parking spots down at the entrance of the parking lot, at least four doors down, and the only ramp to get onto the sidewalk is also here. The parking lot was pretty full but there were empty spots in the back of the lot. The doors to enter this building are two pull doors and inside it is well lit with tables and moveable chairs. The lighting in the parking lot is pretty dark though.Experience: there were people in line in front of us but it didn't take too long to get through each customer so our turn came quickly. I tried the paleta de hielo (popsicles) and the Sandía didn't have too much flavor but it's because it's natural without sweeteners and refined sugar. We also bought a crepe and it tasted amazing! I recommend adding the ice cream to it! Delicious!They are dog friendly!“

“I was trying to decide where to have a birthday cake made and so glad that I came here. The owner was so helpful and even tho it was 2 days before I needed the cake, she was able to design it and personalize it. (Ny cheesecake and milk chocolate yogurt layers with fruit and cheesecake bites. Best decision ever. Reasonable price and great service. And very tasty cake.“

I watched him do the manager’s job plus everybody else’s while others stood around laughing and hanging out. The difference in work ethic was impossible to miss.

I had been waiting on my order, and Jay immediately noticed, took control of the situation, got things moving, and made sure my food was handled quickly and correctly while the rest of the store looked completely checked out.

That’s leadership without the title.

You can tell who actually keeps a business running, and it’s clearly Jay. The crazy part is people like him are usually underpaid while others collect the benefits off THEIR effort.

Jay deserves real recognition, better pay, and a leadership position because he’s already doing the work anyway.“
