Got a large swirl frosty. It was not 1/2 and half, mostly chocolate and the chocolate was way too soft. It should have been free.
Just came in about 2pm today. The young man at the register was so polite and helpful, he anticipated all of my needs. He was wonderful and made me want to come back soon. Food was delicious and quick.
Jay absolutely kills it.
I watched him do the manager’s job plus everybody else’s while others stood around laughing and hanging out. The difference in work ethic was impossible to miss.
I had been waiting on my order, and Jay immediately noticed, took control of the situation, got things moving, and made sure my food was handled quickly and correctly while the rest of the store looked completely checked out.
