Starbucks Coffee Company receives mixed feedback. The staff are described as very friendly, accommodating, and like machines, maintaining a positive attitude even when busy. Customers were served quickly, and one employee named Jociannah was noted for her gentle nature and kind words, making a customer feel valued. Another employee named Antonio made a customer smile. The store itself is very nice with a cute patio area to sit outside. However, the grilled sandwich is not worth it, as it had very little cheese and was all bread, with an unwanted garlic taste. The drive thru setup is a problem; if there is a longer line, parked cars are blocked. For those in a hurry, going through the drive thru works much better. Specific menu items mentioned include an ice tea (half passion half green tea), gingerbread chai lattes, and bacon breakfast sandwiches.
