Ordered a drink I frequently get. Not only was it not stirred, the syrup being thick and chunky at the bottom, but when I asked for a straw to stir it, I was told they ran out despite the fact that I was staring right at the full container right behind the counter. When I asked them to shake, stir, or remake it, I was told by an employee “none of us here have time for that”. Absolute worst Starbucks around. On top of everything, I was told that they substituted regular milk when I ordered oat milk. I’m lactose intolerant. Had to dump it down the drain. Don’t come to this Starbucks if you want your correct drink, if you have allergies, or if you want decent coffee. They don’t care about anything at this branch. It’s the absolute worst and a waste of money. Starbucks isn’t cheap already and to be told all this and treated like that is disappointing.

Disappointed from this branch when i Bought 2 grande of honey citrus mint tea.. when it was handed to me, i was like.. hold on wheres the tea bag paper that is usually hanging outside? They usually serve it with two cups, but it didnt. Did i order it right?.. and i found out, the whole tea bags including that little paper are all inside. In one cup maybe? But i bought 2! And those two are having 2 tea bags each. Really? What a Sloppy Job! Lazy? or lack of training?. Didn't encounter this service from other branches.. only in your branch!

The girls here struggle with good customer service every time I come they can hardly say your welcome, Thank you etc basic manners disappointing. Next time I will drive down the street in hopes my barista is in a better mood then the ones always act at this location.

Great Starbucks location big drive-thru they do offer app orders for pickup and very spacious dining in for meeting up with friends clients, or work areas.

Once again...they closed early on Sunday 12/3/23. It is frustrating when one walks to the Starbucks in his area to do some work, and they close despite it stating online it is open. The manager needs to plan for sufficient staffing accordingly. Customers should be forewarned of this closing issue which has happened multiple times based on my experience. Plus, the server voided my transaction when I canceled the purchase and did not refund my cash payment. ?
The staff here is the friendliest & fastest around! I made an error on my drink order & they picked up on it before I could even communicate it to them, and corrected it-- giving me the right drink before I even noticed!Thank you for being so kind & efficient, I will be definitely coming back here again!

Horrible. Woman in front of me left the change ($7) from a $35 tab as tip. So, Arlette made her drink on the spot while the line waited. Then my order was held up further- no explanation. Just horrible service for a simple cup of coffee. Last time Starbucks.

Handed order before I paid even though I tried giving my payment to the employee when they opened the window. I was ignored and forced to handle the order. Next when I payed I asked to use my stars and I was ignored a second time. I had to say EXCUSE ME very loud for the employee to snap out of her robotic way of acting. So damn rude.
