“The BEST gluten free waffle cone I've come across. We were at Legoland from out of state and drove our rental car down i5 for the 15 minutes to get there. It was well worth it! Hubby got the carrot cake and mixed berry dairy ice cream and said they were very good. I loved it was all hand made in house with awesome ingredients. My son and I are gluten and dairy free, we got the double chocolate vegan ice cream in a gluten free cone. He was so excited to have a cone. The vegan ice cream was delicious. This place will stay on our list if we are ever back in the area.“

“ABSOULEYLY RECOMMEND SO GOOD. the worker was really nice and let us in like 10 minutes before opening. the strawberry and Dubai chocolate tend to be on the sweeter side but overall with the price of around $7 it is totally worth it bc the worker packed it up all the way to the full line for us. also it is really good with the corn flakes on the bottom and they do not limit themselves on the toppings. absolutely recommend the mango ice cream however and would come back again“

“A wonderful dual purpose candy shop and gelato shop. On the candy side, an excellent collection of Italian candies with an employee handing out samples. I bought a multi pack so I could try their flavor lineup. On the gelato side, another excellent collection of classic flavors and modern updates. I also bought a 3 flavor sorbetto cup. There are tables and chairs so you can sit and have your ice cream and browse the chocolates.“

“Amazing experience visted this location during my 3 day vacation stay in San Diego. I live in Los Angeles and have gone to their little gelato shops out there and the quality is top notch even here im SD best gelato hands down. My girlfriend got half cafe and half tiramisu. It was her first time trying gelato and was hooked she loved it. I got the strawberry cheesecake and it was so yummy“

“This place has been wonderful. The flavors are always rotating but I'm always sticking to an original - vanilla with gummy worms and popping boba. Best times to visit are summer, fall, winter, and spring. ALL YEAR!
I am treated with the same exceptional service every visit, specifically by Kris, the manager. Go only if you see the GREEN Miata in the parking lot, that car is an indication that the legend himself is on shift.

“I’m gonna give 4 star because we love ice cream but the kid working today was the stingiest sample giver ever. Tbh I’m shocked how little was the sample, literally from corner like there is no ingredients in it me to understand actual flavor.

He ruined my ice cream experience literally. We came there happy want some ice cream, you don’t need to make us feel bad like we ask for something wrong. I thought maybe he owns the store or his relatives lol.

We were talking on the way back with my husband, if the owner would know how funny his samples, I think he would be mad. That’s not a good service.

“This place is the BEST. Fresh, delicious, and unique flavors and a phenomenal assortment of toppings. We've spoken with Michael (who may be the owner?) a few times and he could not be sweeter or more accommodating. Brought some family by that was in town, and they aren't big on froyo, but raved about this. They're visiting again soon and said the only must-do on their list is Yogurt World.

The only negative thing I could possible say is that they're not open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!! We could come by every single day it's that good!“

The views, facilities and lets not forget the music and giving artists a venue to share thier talents. What a Great venue for locals and the surrounding communities. I would like to add, it is very difficult for Anthony and his team to keep this business going. I have notice a few people and groups are bringing in thier own food and drinks. This makes it very difficult for the Campstore to stay in business. All the things they do for the holidays and Jurassic Animals for the kids, this cost a lot. “We had Criscito Pizza as our late-night snack at our wedding, and they were absolutely amazing to work with! From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional and made the entire process seamless. They brought their wood-fired pizza oven along with all of the tables and supplies needed, making setup completely stress-free for us.

“I literally came looking for an Oreo coffee frappe, and even though this spot was a donut, the owner went above and beyond and made me an incredible Vietnamese coffee slushy that was next level.

I also tried a fresh Fruity Pebbles mochi donut, and WOW. Not overly sweet, perfectly fresh, and absolutely addictive. I had to come back immediately.

“I went to the Katy, TX location and that location also doesn’t have seating. I’m not sure if that’s a common theme. They do have a standing table that you can place your dessert and eat. I ordered the upside down with matcha and sakura berry soft serve and matcha custard filling. This was from March 29, 2026 so I’m not sure if they changed out flavors. Everything was delicious. The soft serve was good but I didn’t really taste the sakura berry. Parking is plentiful, it’s in a shared lot. Pricing is fair. Service was fast and pleasant.“

“iceskimo SNOW over frozen yogurt any day, froyo prices have been astronomical. I read some other review saying their snow is artificial but it’s actually made with real ingredients.

Unique taiwanese shaved snow place. there's no other place like this in San Diego that i know of. It's a small business that has been around for at least a decade. Very busy friday/weekend nights, lines usually long but if you go weekdays it's better.

the snow is made with real ingredients unlike other places that use powders/syrups for flavor. The blocks of snow are already flavored (think of it like a big block or ice cream, just shaved in layers). Service is also generally good!

I would recommend getting any dairy based snow with condensed milk layered! it brings out the flavor. the non dairy flavors are like sorbet but also very tasty (i like the lychee or super lemon which tastes like frozen lemonade).

if you pick a build your own bowl, it's weighed (snow or softserve) after you get toppings. I notice it's usually between $5-$10 obviously dependent on weight but the minimum is 4.50 so if you are below that, they'll just charge 4.50.

I'd recommend this place if you want a lighter sweet treat! Other places can be heavy but because this is shaved, it's easier on the tummy. they do also have waffle creations that seem good for couples to share~ (my favorite is the strawberry shorty, it has cheesecake bites and fresh strawberries, the waffle, and vanilla softserve). they have taiyaki too but it's not like somi somi where there's icecream inside, it's just filled or plain (the nutella one is really good).“

“I've gone here multiple times and have always encountered the same guy working behind the counter. He is always super nice and friendly, and clearly cares a lot about his job. The ice cream is overall pretty good, and the portions are on the bigger side in my opinion.“

“This place is literally phenomenal. Banana bread pudding matcha latte, strawberry matcha, matcha cheese cake, ube and matcha ice cream is absolutely spectacular. Can’t wait to come back and try more things from their menu. The matcha is ceremonial which makes everything high quality.
