This is my favorite ice cream. Full stop. While I lived in Portland, it had one location. Now it has multiple locations, and I keep debating visiting those (from the east coast)- just to eat at salt and straw. The good It's delicious. I have gone here several times and I have always had a great experience here. First the people working are always friendly and welcoming. You are able to get an unlimited amount of samples and the workers encourage you to try as many samples as possible. The ice cream flavors are all so good and I highly recommend trying the seasonal flavors because they are so unique and are there for a limited amount of time. Average salt and straw ice cream shop. It's consistent with the flavors those familiar with Salt & Straw know and love. The servers were fun, and it was nice that there was no huge line like there was downtown. Quick, clean, and enjoyable.
