Felt hot inside, not enough A/C.
My family and I visited this location on a Tuesday evening and were disappointed by the experience.
We entered the store intending to order a single chocolate shake. A gentleman wearing a black polo shirt looked at his watch and informed us that the store was closing in two minutes. Cold Stone Creamery is a place with great menu items, though sometimes the milkshakes may be unavailable. The location may need some cleaning and maintenance, but the service is excellent. The employees are friendly and helpful, like Zoe, who goes above and beyond for customers. The orders are always correct, but the service can be slow. With minimal indoor seating, it's best to plan for a to-go order.
