Ocean Rainbow is a small, clean, and friendly Mexican ice cream shop offering a variety of unique and affordable flavors. The owner is happy to help customers choose from the many options available, including burnt rice and burnt milk which are reminiscent of horchata and big red gum. Prices are fair, with large servings for less than $10, but be prepared for a small credit card fee if your total is under $10. Customers appreciate the care and passion put into each scoop.
