“We just wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU to SusieCakes for making Audrey’s day today. She had just come from a vaccine doctor appointment and I promised she could pick out a special cupcake that I’d planned to pay for with cash. But due to COVID changes, only credit cards are accepted and I’d completely forgotten mine. We went to check the car for a card with no luck, and while out there, the employee came out with Audrey’s cupcake as a ‘gift’ instead. THANK YOU for making my daughter’s day because I was feeling so bad I was going to have to skip her special treat because I didn’t have the right form of payment. We’ll be back for sure! The cupcake was delicious!!“

“Stopped in with my two kids and had a really good experience. The staff was friendly and patient while the kids took their time deciding, which I really appreciated. Everything was clean and well organized, and the ice cream was fresh, creamy, and made exactly how we ordered it. You can tell the place is well managed and that customer service matters. “The bread is quite good, the service that the girl who gave me is very kind, the only thing I don't like is that it is a little unorganized, it should be fixed and it would be much better because the things it offers are very delicious.“

“This review goes out to the young gentlemen who worked labor day night and single handedly served 15 or so people while his female coworker hid in the back watching us. This male worker was outstanding, because throughout the rush he kept his cool and was extremely respectful.“

“Cold Stone is a really good spot when you want ice cream that feels more like a dessert experience than just a regular scoop. The ice cream is rich, creamy, and there are a lot of flavors and toppings to choose from, which makes it easy to customize exactly what you want. I like that they mix everything together on the cold stone because it makes the toppings spread evenly through the ice cream instead of just sitting on top.

The staff is usually friendly and the service is pretty quick, even when it gets busy. The portions are also generous, especially if you add mix-ins. It is a fun place to go with friends, family, or after dinner when you want something sweet.

The only downside is that it can get a little expensive depending on what size you get and how many toppings you add. Sometimes the line can be long too, especially at night or on weekends. But overall, the quality is good, the flavors are great, and it is a solid place to go when you are craving ice cream.
