I have never been disappointed in Nothing Bundt Cake. Unlike some products that start out great and slowly lose their quality, Nothing Bundt Cake has always maintained theirs.“

Everything was fresh, delicious, and made with great attention to detail. We loved the authentic Arabic coffee, Dubai chocolate, chocolate-covered pineapple, baklava, and the amazing variety of desserts they offer. Every item looked beautiful and tasted even better.

What impressed us the most was the customer service. From the first phone call until the event was over, the entire team was professional, friendly, organized, and genuinely cared about making everything perfect. They answered every question, communicated clearly, arrived on time, and made the entire process completely stress-free.

The quality you receive for the price is unbelievable. After comparing different catering companies around San Diego, El Cajon, and the surrounding areas, I honestly don’t think you’ll find a better combination of quality, presentation, service, and value. They truly go above and beyond.

“First time ordering a cake here, and my family and I agree, this is our new birthday cake spot! I ordered a red velvet cake as requested by my 17 year old birthday girl. I'm not usually a fan of red velvet cake personally, but I would eat Babycakes' red velvet again in a heartbeat. It was beautiful and delicious. The cake was moist, the cream cheese icing was light and fluffy, and it included a raspberry filling which was a pleasant surprise that really made boring red velvet flavor (in my opinion) something special and interesting.

A lot of bakery cakes are sweet enough to take the enamel off your teeth but this cake was just the right sweetness for our tastes. If you dislike the intense sweetness of many of the chain cake bakeries, you too will probably like Babycakes. Service at the Hillcrest location was friendly and efficient, too. We will definitely be ordering our future cakes from here.“

“I’m usually not a fan of the tipping culture, especially at places like frozen yogurt or ice cream shops where you’re asked to tip before you’ve even had any interaction. But this Cold Stone changed my mind.

I didn’t catch the younger guy’s name, but he was exactly what customer service should be. He actually made conversation, asked how my day was, and didn’t just go through the motions. I know it’s a small thing, but if you’re going to ask someone how they’re doing, at least make it genuineand he did. That’s the kind of service that actually earns a tip.

The whole crew was friendly, the ice cream was great, and the experience stood out because of the people working there. Give these guys a raise, a promotion, or both. This is the kind of customer service more businesses need.“
