Had such a great experience at Cold Stone Creamery tonight! It was a rainy evening and the place was packed, but the young crew member working handled the entire line by herself like a pro. Even with the crowd, she stayed calm, moved efficiently, and kept a great attitude the whole time.
Customer service like that does not go unnoticed. Thank you for the delicious ice cream and for making the experience smooth despite how busy it was. Cold Stone never disappoints! 🍦

No disappointment here. There was only one employee opening but, she was kind and willing to correct my customized mistake without charge.
