Sorry for the long rant but seriously Never coming back to this location. My husband and I wanted a nice little desert after dinner. We just came in and wanted to order a peanut butter cup and cake batter ice cream. We had this nice blonde lady help us at first and she stepped to the side to make mine. Then we had this young bearded guy I didn't see his name. But anyway he was the one to take the order for my husband. My husband wanted the cake batter ice and proceeded to tell the guy he wanted the cake batter batter. This employee then proceeded to belittle us in front of everyone by asking us what is the cake batter or what's missing from the cake batter all while standing there not attempting to make what my husband ask for. Me and my husband were so confused. I believe he was hinting at the fact we said the title of the ice cream incorrect. Then the lady that worked with him told him to stop and she apologized for him giving us a hard time all while laughing. He said well we aren't gonna know what to make if you guys don't say it right. Like for real guy? Wtf we were so thrown off and Lowkey embarrassed because he made us look stupid. Like I understand we said the the ice cream title wrong but instead of being a smart ass where's the customer service at? Like okay well you know what we meant my husband was literally pointing to the one he wanted that was on The poster. It just made me feel sad we came in smiling having a good time from our dinner and we thought going here was gonna make it much better. The ice cream was okay but that wasn't cool . As if people don't already get anxiety from ordering you got people like that working customer service. Clearly that guy has been doing this because the girl even gave me a bigger size for my ice cream to compensate for his shitty attitude. That guy sucked and I wish I got his name, Ryan? Idk but it happened 10/12/23 at 6:45 ish. We spent 18 bucks for 2 ice creams the least we can get is decent service not get belittled.

I was disappointed today. I purchased the love it and I’m not loving it. :(The waffle bowl is stale and the ice cream wasn’t mixed up very well. Every bite so far is chocolate ice cream. :(If I wanted chocolate ice cream I should have gone to Vons. Especially since I paid over $11.00 for the item. Hopefully, it is better next time.

I love this place. Like any other stone cold creamery their quality of the product is great and the staff at this location are great as well!I highly recommend if you want to have some ice cream!

Meh. The ice cream has a strange gummy consistency and the prices are exorbitant. I only stopped in because the line at the frozen yogurt place nearby was so long. $42 for 5 small ice creams is way too much. People were nice but it just wasn't worth it and I won't come again.

Loved the ice-cream. I order 5 medium sized and one small ice-cream. These were good. I ordered six cupcakes to not have chocolate they all had chocolate. They were totally useless to us. A while back I ordered their pistachio cake. Their machine had broken and I had a disguised cake with the backside totally green. Verify your order before leaving the store.

Love that this location has an almond milk chocolate flavor for those that are lactose intolerant. My favorite has always been the banana caramel and pecan mix on their menu, can't remember the name at the moment lol. Recently I tried the mud pie mojo and it is divine. I also like to get my waffle cone smashed in with the ice cream so the waffle doesn't get soggy while I eat my ice cream. Try it with any flavor you eat, you'll thank me later. Whenever I've gone it's been pretty busy but there's always been enough employees to keep the line moving, you can definitely tell they work as a team.
