William deserves a raise he is top tier customer service! Amazing person!
Willow was amazing. Very kind and patient with my ordering! I like a lot of toppings and she was great with adding everything I wanted! I will definitely return to this location even though I live in Crest( El Cajon )!

Cold Stone Creamery offers a delightful ice cream experience for its customers. The restaurant is known for its friendly staff, who skillfully craft custom ice cream creations. Customers are greeted with warm smiles and can watch as their ice cream is mixed with various toppings on a frozen stone. While the prices may be a bit higher, the restaurant offers a 10% military discount, making it a special treat for many. However, some customers have experienced issues with the amount of toppings or messy to-go orders, suggesting room for improvement in certain areas. Overall, Cold Stone Creamery provides a enjoyable and indulgent dessert experience for those seeking a sweet escape.
