“Kate was incredibly easy to work with and is incredibly talented!!! I bought cookies for my sisters baby shower and they were such a hit!!! They were a decor for the party and were so tasty!!! She went above and beyond and I couldn’t have imagined anything better. She thinks outside of the box. Every design is so meticulous and turned out better than I had in my head! I was so impressed! The price for this amount of detail and taste, I would do it again and again!“

“We just wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU to SusieCakes for making Audrey’s day today. She had just come from a vaccine doctor appointment and I promised she could pick out a special cupcake that I’d planned to pay for with cash. But due to COVID changes, only credit cards are accepted and I’d completely forgotten mine. We went to check the car for a card with no luck, and while out there, the employee came out with Audrey’s cupcake as a ‘gift’ instead. THANK YOU for making my daughter’s day because I was feeling so bad I was going to have to skip her special treat because I didn’t have the right form of payment. We’ll be back for sure! The cupcake was delicious!!“

“Stopped in with my two kids and had a really good experience. The staff was friendly and patient while the kids took their time deciding, which I really appreciated. Everything was clean and well organized, and the ice cream was fresh, creamy, and made exactly how we ordered it. You can tell the place is well managed and that customer service matters. I’d definitely go back again“

“Cold Stone is a really good spot when you want ice cream that feels more like a dessert experience than just a regular scoop. The ice cream is rich, creamy, and there are a lot of flavors and toppings to choose from, which makes it easy to customize exactly what you want. I like that they mix everything together on the cold stone because it makes the toppings spread evenly through the ice cream instead of just sitting on top.

The staff is usually friendly and the service is pretty quick, even when it gets busy. The portions are also generous, especially if you add mix-ins. It is a fun place to go with friends, family, or after dinner when you want something sweet.

The only downside is that it can get a little expensive depending on what size you get and how many toppings you add. Sometimes the line can be long too, especially at night or on weekends. But overall, the quality is good, the flavors are great, and it is a solid place to go when you are craving ice cream.

“This Cold Stone Creamery is delicious. It is located on Mission Ave right by the movie theater and many shops. When we entered we were the only customers there, and there were two employees. Both of the employees were friendly and helpful. I got the Founder’s Favorite creation, which was very good as always. We got our ice cream pretty soon after ordering also.

Something important to note is that, as of the time of writing this review, this location says that Apple Pay is not accepted. Just plan ahead and have a physical card ready if you planned to pay via that method.

Overall, I had a good experience at this Cold Stone location. The ice cream was good, the employees were friendly, and we were served quickly. I would recommend going here if you want delicious ice cream from around this area.“
