So rude, almost everyone here hates working their job, they dont even greet you when you walk in. So sad because everywhere else in Oside has nice employees! Wont be getting ice cream here anymore!
Could the people who work here care any less? I'm not sure if I've ever seen such a lackadaisical attitude. Not much emotion or help. Not very fast. Just going through the motions. Even the manager on shift who came out didn't seem to have much desire to help or move things along quicker. The manager (a younger lady) had her ear buds in both ears and was talking with customers instead of taking the ear buds out to talk. Love Cold Stone and been going to them for years all over the country. Usually a slam dunk when looking for a favorite.Not this one, ice cream was icy and lacked flavor. Employee had headphones in the whole time and didn’t do the order correctly. Should’ve gone with one of the local places nearby.
