The atmosphere is Positively Positive, Great service, great menu selection and excellent Beer selection we come here for lunch quite often 👍🏾

Based on reviews, Burger Bench Escondido makes the best burgers on the west coast and beyond. The food is made fresh, with excellent portions, prices, and flavors. The Classic burger is nearly perfect with a toasted brioche bun, nicely charred medium-cooked burger, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, and chopped grilled onions. Other menu items include the fried chicken sandwich, and sides include fries and tots. The chocolate shake is sublime, and there are good local beers and floats. The restaurant is very kid and dog friendly, with an outdoor terrace and bar stools inside.
However, there are complaints about service, including no greeting or smile from the order taker. The fries are a major issue; they are costly, mostly mushy, uninspired, and come from a frozen bag. Customers must pay over 50% of the burger cost for a small side. There is also a lack of consistency, with the fried chicken sandwich varying from perfectly cooked to flat and overcooked. Additionally, customers cannot order from their table.
