My boyfriend wanted something a little lighter and Izzy was able to cater his drink to his needs. Definitely check this place out.“

“This review is about the gelato.

I had heard they serve gelato here, but haven’t heard much about it, so I was on a mission to discover for myself. I was pleasantly surprised by the many flavor options they had. Plus that they allow more than the posted 2 samples per person as long as it’s not busy.

My favorite flavor was pistachio. It was thick and creamy, and not salted like how some other creameries are salting their pistachio. It tasted like pistachio and not like almond / amaretto.

The black sesame flavor was okay. The taro flavor was very fleeting. My husband liked the cookies and cream and pistachio.

Service is friendly and the a/c is strong (great for summer!). Tables and chairs are a bit run down.

Parking can be a little tight and hard to find in the parking lot.“

“Tried this place for the first time and I am so glad to have found it!
Coffee - Overall pretty good coffee. We ordered a drip, pistachio latte, and hazelnut latte. Pistachio was definitely the way to go! I disagree with the $1 charge for alt milk.
Service - Excellent. They had just ran out of drip and offered to make a fresh batch. Very kind workers.
Atmosphere - Clean, good wifi, comfy seating. Access to outlets, easy parking. Indoor and outdoor seating. Doesn't look like much from the outside, but nice interior decor.“

“I’ve been going to Green Leaf Cafe for a while now since it’s near the building where I work, and it’s consistently great. The staff is always friendly, efficient, and welcoming. Over time they’ve even learned my name, which makes the experience feel a lot more personal.

The food is always solid, the coffee is excellent, and they’re super quick getting everything ready even during busy times. It’s one of those spots that just makes your day a little better. Definitely recommend checking it out if you’re in the area.“

“Lovely outdoor seating, staff was knowledgeable, and the wines are delectable and smooth. They are dog friendly for outdoor seating but be warned, there are three winery dogs who roam free; so don’t bring dog reactive dogs here. Otherwise, this is a fantastic winery to visit. They offer small shareable plates to snack on. Kids are welcome but they have to stay inside in a side room (that’s all glass walls so easy to spot). Parking lot is stone and there’s a narrow road to get in so drive slow. Overall, great for tasting or a lovely afternoon“

“I went to O’Brien’s for the first time today. My Mother-in-law highly recommended the restaurant so I could meet my friend. The food was delicious. The service was great- Thank You Sarah and team. I am so excited to try the different types of breads and pastries. O’ Brien’s is known for their delicious breads, especially sour dough. If you are in the San Diego area, differently check out this restaurant! Sit down and relax with your favorite cup of coffee or tea with a sweet pastry, great bread or something from their delicious menu.“

“Great, cozy coffee shop in a lovely, walkable neighborhood. There's absolutely no parking, so be sure to take public transit or walk. Note you will need sufficient body armor, sturdy hiking boots, and a lot of luck to make it across the multilane interstates surrounding this place. Be sure to check out the bathrooms! There's no limit on how much time you can spend in them. Includes complimentary hourly towel service straight to your stall.“

“Hit up the New Nutmeg on Danielson Street in Poway. I heard their Scripps location closed because the landlord raised the rent so high it was unaffordable for them to stay there. We were a large group so we were able to order a bunch of menu items. There was a line but its a very popular place so we were not surprised. We started with some espresso drinks, and agua frescas. We had the Hearty Bowl, Avocado Toast, and Amazing Burrito. Some in our group had the new Grandpa's Breakfast Bun with the egg and spam, and the Porky. They are very flexible with special orders including one in our group who is gluten sensitive. We finished, sharing their in-house baked pastries (they have gluten-free pastries); the warmed espresso scones and cinnamon buns (don't ever leave without having the "buns"). I work in the area so Nutmeg is now my go-to for breakfast before work, or lunch. Its also located nearby Costco and Home Depot, convenient for a weekend meal before or after my weekly Costco runs.“

“Good food low prices. Only reason I went 4 stars is because of the deli. If you order ahead on the app the deli will not even attempt to make your order until you wait in line and it's your turn. Which makes it pointless to order ahead. This has happened everytime I have ordered ahead from the deli. But if you order ahead from the grill they will have your order ready when you get there.“

“This Cafe is a hidden gem in the heart of Mira Mesa. The Bacon Cheddar Burger was well seasoned, moist and absolutely delicious. Happy Hour Nachos was the best I've ever had. Ceviche was fresh and super yummy. If you are looking for a location to have an intimate date or a get together with coworkers and friends, Cafe De Anza is the place to be!“

“Great gluten-free baked goods! I got the mini lemon blueberry loaf. It was light and airy and great flavor. It was hard to tell how the coffee was. I got a pumpkin spice latte with oat milk and it was very flavorful - exactly what pumpkin spice is. It was on the sweeter side with lots of chai-like spice. You can taste the ginger, cloves, etc. so you can tell it’s not artificial, which is nice. If you like very strong pumpkin spice flavors, I think you’ll like this place. Next time I’ll try a plain unsweetened latte. They make their flavorings in house and bake the pastries fresh every day. They have the baking mixes for sale as well. There was plenty of seating. I was genuinely curious to try this place after reading all the mixed reviews. Some mentioned bad customer service, poor seating, coffee that tasted bad, and gas station-looking pastries. But I didn’t experience any of that. I took an updated video to show what the place looks like now.“

“I had an iced latte and a banana chocolate chip loaf at this community coffee shop while visiting a friend at Sunroad Enterprises at Spectrum Center.

The latte was very good. I had it with oat milk and a touch of cinnamon. The latter had just the right amount of ice, too. They use Cafe Moto. The loaf was very tasty. It did need to be heated just a little bit more, but it was super moist and soft.

The coffee shop offers a lot of good inside and outside seating. It's a great place for meet up and meetings. The hospitality was good and so was the service. They offer ready made food items as well.“

“Eating options at the Grand Del Mar are somewhat limited at lunch. There is lunch at the pool or In Room Dining. Amaya, the "main" restaurant is inexplicably not open for lunch, nor is Addison the Michelin starred restaurant or the restaurant at the golf club. So, we used Cent' Anni for breakfast, coffee and tea, pastries, lunches, and snacks. The staff here are very friendly and helpful and the food options are better than at the pool or in room dining. All the food options are displayed in a case, so you can see what you're getting. Most things are pre-made, so they can just hand them to you with no wait. The drinks requiring a barista take a short minute or two. Prices are commensurate with an expensive hotel facility, and are a bit higher than they would be elsewhere, but the convenience and quality at this cafe "almost" justify it. Some hotels have cafes like this that charge market rates and are clearly for the convince of the customers, and others turn them into profit centers. Clearly the Fairmont system's philosophy is the latter. Overall, it was our go-to place for drinks and food, and made a huge difference in our enjoyment of our stay.“

“I like Caffe Positano - coffee is good and convenient. They should get a microwave so croissants and muffins can be warmed up. It would improve the food experience immensely“

​I previously reached out regarding concerns about the coffee quality at your 4S Ranch location. I wanted to take a moment to provide a follow-up, as I believe credit should be given where it is due.
​I have noticed a significant improvement in both the coffee quality and the overall service recently. The Dark Roast is back to the standard I expect from Panera—fresh and properly brewed.
​Furthermore, the atmosphere at this location has improved immensely thanks to the new team. I’d like to specifically highlight Jordan, who has been providing exceptional service. It makes a real difference when the staff is both professional and welcoming.
​Thank you for addressing the previous issues. It’s great to be able to enjoy my coffee at the 4S Ranch location again.

“Yummy crepes at J Crepes & Cafe inside Mitsuwa market near Convoy Street. We enjoyed the #38 strawberry choco cream with ice cream. Nice you can choose the ice cream flavor that goes with it. Very friendly staff and quick service. You can sit in the food court on the other side. Recommend!“
