Cozy little bubble tea and cookie shop. They had lots of different cheesecake that looked very fresh. Bubble teas and cookies were good. Decent amount of seating inside. They also had a great menu of hot food as well.
Finally found a matcha place that opens early, offers unsweetened matcha, and doesn’t just give you a cup of milk with a dash of matcha. My new favorite place! The staff are so kind and helpful, and the treats are tasty as well!

This place is honestly great, they have the sweeter boba which I like and their drinks are really good. Their cookies you can tell are fresh made, not store bought with chemicals. It’s a hidden gem and beats a lot of the Convoy St shops with way easier parking!
