“Ordered off the 55+ senior menu for the first time. Ordered the 2 egg scramble with bacon and toast. We were there very early in the morning so service was quick and attentive and the food came to the table fast, hot and exactly as ordered. The restaurant was neat, clean and our server checked in a few times to if we needed anything. All in all my friend and I left fuii, satisfied and the 55+ menu saved us some cash as well.“

“The burgers! Feisty Kate's has robbed me as a customer from one of the other food choices at the casino purely because of their burgers. Okay, and their staff too. I always get their burger, plain, add, cheddar, bacon, mushrooms, and a smear of mayo. The buns are fresh and toasty, burger and mushrooms are juicy. As overwhelmed as you would think the staff would be, the ladies always seem to greet you with a smile and cheerfull disposition, considering the demands some of the customers seem to put on them. Waiting and observing. Finish it off with a vanilla malt and a healthy tip. They deserve it!“

“My friend Jerry and I had lunch on Saturday at around 1 pm and we shared the meatloaf dinner. Unfortunately we both got really sick from it and thought it was food poisoning. Luckily we didn’t have to go to emergency but suffered from it for a long time. We will never have that again. We are regular customers and enjoy the potato cheese soup.“

“The Not-so-Tots are great. Order them with no liquid cheese, only shredded cheese (unless you like liquid imitation cheese). The chili cheese dogs are pretty good too. The hamburgers, are pretty awful. Every time I have ordered one, the meat has been stale. That kind of almost rancid fat taste. I gave it 4 stars overall, because tater tot nachos? Doesn't get much better than that. Atmosphere is lacking, the tables are crowded together, and they're always busy, so service is so-so.“

“This was a lovely restaurant I came to for my friend's birthday. Every guest seemed to like their dish. I ordered a club sandwich (no bacon, no tomatoes) with a side of fries but I was a bit disappointed when they brought it with bacon and tomatoes. They sent it back and corrected the order, and it ended up being pretty good and very filling. The restaurant has an outdoor terrace that has a beautiful view on the pool area.“

“Topwater Grill, Santee Lakes, has the best ever breakfast burrito, custom made to my request (picky) and the BEST burrito that I have had, ever. The staff are friendly accommodating and very helpful. The cook made me the BEST burrito two days ago (first time I tried the food) and I came back today for same. The burrito was even more excellent. The gentleman who made the food custom for me, was kind and polite and respectful. I will be back once a week for the same. GO eat here. “This place gets pretty busy on weekends! The parking lot may be full but you can still park along the street. It’s pretty large so there’s usually seats. I love the borracho fries, so good! Also the pulled pork and the cheeseburger are tasty too. The service is good as well. My one complaint is they run out of their popular items by 2pm, tri tip and hot links get sold out really fast. I know they can only bbq so much but maybe add some more of the popular meats?“
