Topwater Grill, Santee Lakes, has the best ever breakfast burrito, custom made to my request (picky) and the BEST burrito that I have had, ever. The staff are friendly accommodating and very helpful. The cook made me the BEST burrito two days ago (first time I tried the food) and I came back today for same. The burrito was even more excellent. The gentleman who made the food custom for me, was kind and polite and respectful. I will be back once a week for the same. GO eat...read full review
