Stopped in for a late lunch and witnessed the GM, Philip, handle an erratic and aggressive customer with calm and utmost professionalism. He apologized to us for the incident, although clearly he was not responsible for that person's rude behavior.
We had delicious sandwiches and enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere.
We WILL be back!
