Went back two nights in a row and Rachel took care of me Thursday night. I will definitely be coming back for the awesome staff
Came in for a late dinner And melisa gave us 5 star customer service Food was hot and he kind hearted self kept checking in making sure everything was good just a friendly vibe and made our evening great everything on point Melisa evening shift Aug 20th 2026.
Melissa was absolutely wonderful! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. She checked on us at the right times, kept our drinks filled, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Her positive attitude and excellent service made our experience at Applebee’s even better. Melissa is a great asset to the restaurant, and we will definitely be back!
