I'm a speakeasy veteran with a coast to coast cocktail sipping resume that spans from SF to Boston and New Orleans to Chicago, and this spot has definitely landed in my top ten. “A Hidden Gem in an Office Park: A Night at The WineSeller & Brasserie You wouldn’t expect to find a culinary treasure tucked away in an office park, but The WineSeller defies all expectations. Downstairs, it’s a literal wine cellar where patrons can store their own bottles. Upstairs, you step into a dining room that feels like a delightful throwback to the ‘90s—nostalgic in the best possible way. What made our experience truly exceptional was the personalized seven-course tasting menu. Our friend had a collection of his own wines stored there and gave them to Lisa, the warm and welcoming owner. She and Chef Oscar then crafted a menu specifically to pair with those wines. The result was simply unforgettable. Every course was amazing, but a couple stood out as pure genius. One highlight was a half lobster served two ways: one side topped with beef tartare, the other with lobster tartare. As someone who loves tasting menus, I was blown away by the creativity. Another standout was the clams with chorizo in a broth that was just out of this world. And who knew chicken could be so extraordinary? The chicken roulade was unbelievably tender and flavorful. Finally, the venison with mole sauce was cooked to absolute perfection and left us all speechless. Chef Oscar’s talent and humility shone through each dish, and Lisa’s hospitality made the night even more special. While we didn’t try the regular menu, I have no doubt it’s just as delightful. They were open before 10 am and were very welcoming as we walked in.

We had our choice of TVs and tables.
We ordered a breakfast burrito with sausage. It was really good.
And the Asian dry rub wings….. dang!

The staff came over and checked on us a few times.
Very nice. Great service.

I don’t know how we missed this place before.

“This place was a surprise. I went to watch the UFC fight since it was the closest place to my house showing the fight. This place may become one of my new weekend night without the kids hangout spots. Approximately 7 pool tables, good beers on tap, and a patio in the back to smoke and vape. Atmosphere was good, easy to make a few acquaintances while watching the fight and no issues. Check it out if you're in the area“

“My team came here for a post-work dinner outing a few months ago but the experience was so delightful that I’m still reminiscing about it today. I believe our server was Henry and he was absolutely excellent! He had a wonderful personality and perfect customer service skills. The food and menu were crafted with care and the ambiance was perfect. I highly recommend the Pony Room and the Rancho Valencia.

“Been going to Kelly's for a few years now and mad a few friends here. The ladies behind the bar are all friendly, gorgeous and good people. I never have an empty glass when at Kelly's and prices are affordable.

Kelly's has fresh popcorn but doesn't serve food. There is a Mexican Take-out next door though if you get hungry.

“Great hotel restaurant & bar! 🙌 I stayed at this hotel for a couple weeks for work. I had the buffalo wings, burger & fries, carnitas tacos, and garden salad with chicken. I highly recommend them all. All were very tasty/well made and I was pleasantly surprised with the portion sizes.

A huge highlight of our experience was the staff, especially Samuel. He was extremely welcoming, knowledgeable on drinks, and made great conversation. He’s a great addition to the Country Inn & Suites staff.“

“Its a locals dive bar.. what you'd expect cheap drinks and plenty of good people to talk with. This is what I look for in bars. If you want bougie overpriced drinks and spotless atmosphere go somewhere else and save this gem for locals. Good place to enjoy a few after work and watch sports and people play pool. Bartender was quick and handled a packed place by himself. Will definitely come back.“

(BTW his mom WAS an actress, not Gladys on Bewitched, but Louise sister on The Jefferson. Lenny and his mom did an interesting interview on how she got the role...not the original choice).“

“Such a cute speakeasy. Hidden door takes you into a blacklight lit room with major tiki vibes. Our server was nice and knowledgeable. We didn't order any food. Drinks were good. The noise level was too much for me. I had to constantly lean in or ask my friend to repeat what she said. I don't know if it was the music, people next us or small area that made it difficult to carry on a conversation....maybe a combo of all 3. Want to come back to the brewery itself.“

“The food at Min Sok Chon is really good, and the overall atmosphere is lively and fun. Since it’s more of a Korean drinking spot, it can get pretty loud, but that’s also part of the vibe.

One thing I really like is that every table has a button to call the staff or request the check, which makes the service very quick and smooth. You don’t have to spend time trying to get someone’s attention.

The only downside is the parking. The lot is a little small and tight, so finding a spot can be difficult when it’s busy.

If you’re looking for a place to hang out, catch up with friends, have some good food and a few drinks, this is a great choice. They’re also open late, which makes it a perfect spot for late-night gatherings.“
