What made the experience even better was the remarkable efficiency of the staff; the service was exceptionally fast and quick without ever compromising on quality. Furthermore, the tortillas themselves deserve special mention—they were wonderfully warm, delicious, and savory, serving as the ultimate foundation for the entire meal.“

“Wonderful bar in the Hotel L’Aubarge in Del Mar. Bartenders Blake and Leo are awesome but all who work there are awesome. Great vegetable crudités that looks like you are pulling vegies out of a garden but taste delicious (just don’t eat the stems, they are a little bitter) ? Live music, amazing views especially at sunset. Thank you as always

“If you are looking for a cocktail that is visually stunning, complex, and incredibly refreshing, go see Logan and order the Blue Morning Mai Tai. It feels like a vacation in a glass perfect vibes for summer near the beach. Logan and the team are so warm and welcoming I definitely will be back to try some of the new cocktails and food.“
