“Chin's Szechwan Del Mar serves up some seriously slurp-worthy soup! Whether you need a pick-me-up or are craving something comforting and can't make it to Convoy, treat yourself to a large bowl of soup that's delicious, for about $16. Plus, the generous portion size means there's plenty to share. Definitely worth a try!“

“Ambience was nice, with a beautiful view of ocean. If possible, reserve an outside table closest to water. The sunsets are amazing. Scallops were excellent, but lobster was a little dry. Rest or meal and desert was great. Prices were average to average high for San Diego area. Would recommend, and will be back again.“

“First time here… I’m absolutely in love with this place. It’s my new getaway. Located in Del Mar village, you can walk to all the great restaurants, and to the beach. The rooms are comfortable and pet friendly! We will bring our pup next time. The food and service is great and the staff are friendly and helpful! We are definitely coming back!“

“The food and service were outstanding! The breakfast potatoes were particularly exceptional. I also had dinner there once and enjoyed the wings, which were very good. All the servers were friendly and pleasant. I would expect nothing less from a Hilton restaurant.“

“Loved dining here! We were seated by the glass with a gorgeous view of the sunset over the ocean. Food was wonderful, attentive staff who were respectful of my food allergy, great ambiance. We even indulged in a delicious dessert despite having agreed upon no desserts before arriving!“

“We arrived at this restaurant right when it opened for the evening and barely managed to get a table because it was fully booked. As we dined, the place quickly filled up, and the wait time nearly reached an hour. The restaurant's popularity is evident, so it's wise to make reservations in advance. The acclaim is well-deserved, though, as the food was very good, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.“

“I took my family of four here for a birthday celebration. We ordered a tomahawk steak medium and when it came, it was rare. We sent it back to be cooked more. Once it came back, it was better l, but not completely. It was still rare in some parts and the kids didn't want anymore of it. At what they are charging, I expected more. also what happened to the au gratin potatoes? They used to be thinly sliced in a stack like a square and it was amazing. It's now a bowl of potatoes with cheese on top? This place isn't what it used to be in my opinion. The staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating.“
