Just had lunch here today and the food was absolutely delicious.
I got the chicken and some shrimp ceviche. And I couldn’t be more satisfied.
They also hooked it up with a free shot of Bone broth, which was the bomb.
You should check this place out.

Wow!! Food here was TOP TOER. Crispy tallow carne asada ish seafood fries? Tacos were delicious. Pescado ceviche delicious. No seed oils, free bone broth, great drink choices!! Lively area as well.
Holy sh**, this place is good. We got the steak tacos and smash burgers. I know what you’re thinking, “tacos and burgers? They can’t do both well” - No! They were both delicious. And the fries were literally perfect. We also were served complimentary bone broth beforehand. I’ve never had bone broth and assumed it was going to taste like dirty water, but it was flavorful and delicious. FINALLY, they serve Pliny the elder on tap!! 10/10 no notes.

High Marea is a restaurant that serves delicious food. The chicken, shrimp ceviche, and Pescado ceviche are satisfying. The crispy tallow carne asada ish seafood fries and tacos are delicious. The steak tacos and smash burgers are both delicious, and the fries are literally perfect. The elote starter, fire bowl with chicken, steak tacos, Fire Bowl, and Ribeye are flavorful and perfectly incredible. The fish quality is amazing, and the Sonoran take on beach vibe dishes is refreshing. The unique salsa/tortilla combinations are genius. The food is fresh and tastes home made. There are no seed oils, and the free bone broth is the bomb, flavorful, and delicious. The traditional bone broth is a beautiful touch before the meal. The drink choices are great, and Pliny the elder is served on tap. The area is lively. The decor is beautiful, the tables are gorgeous, and the team/staff is friendly and attentive. The pictures online do not do the food justice. This place is a small little gem that's easy to miss. It is probably one of the best food experiences in San Diego.
