The WineSellar's Casual Side Bar is an absolute hidden gem, a secretive and awesome culinary treasure tucked away in an office park. The restaurant features a beautiful, small, and intimate dining room that feels like a delightful nostalgic throwback. It offers a unique dining experience with a personal touch, where the owners care deeply about the experience.
The food is amazing, scrumptious, and deliciously prepared. Standout dishes from the regular menu include the mahi mahi tartare, the halibut with black garlic rice, and roasted carrots. For lunch, the gazpacho, smoked salmon sandwiches, lamb salad, and mussels in a tasty broth are all delightful. The restaurant is also known for an exceptional and creative personalized tasting menu, with unforgettable courses like half lobster served two ways, clams with chorizo in an out-of-this-world broth, an extraordinary chicken roulade, and venison with mole sauce cooked to perfection.
