“Great family-owned Mexican restaurant. I am gluten-free and did not get sick eating here while also letting the server know that I am allergic to gluten. Their means and rice are authentic, their chili relleno is so tasty, the chips and salsa verde are great, and my husband and bestie loved their burritos. Truly a nice spot to visit and enjoy a great meal.“
“It's the best Mexican place I ever visited. The employees are vary kind. The place is vary pretty. It is the best Mexican restaurant I have ever visited. The employees are super nice. The place is very nice. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
“We came for Date Night and started the evening with a house Margarita and a glass of Fallbrook Winery Cab. Our waitress Maria was Awesome. We had the Mariscada Fría and let me tell you it was delicious. We shared the San Felipe fish plate ( I had the Mahi Mahi taco and the wife had the Sea Bass.) The tacos were delicious . If you ever want to enjoy good seafood in Fallbrook, this is the place. If you're lucky and Get Maria, I guarantee you will come back.“
“We finally got up on Sunday morning to try the bbq place. I drive by it everyday but it’s only open on Sunday at 8:00 AM and Friday nights. The carnitas are the best I’ve ever had, flavorful cooked perfect, not greasy but juicy, good balance of crisp and moist meat, we bought a plate overflowing with carnitas, the plate comes with yummy rice and, beans, and fragrant hot corn tortillas, and one pound of carnitas for lunches for work.Coke comes in the glass bottles it tasted great, they have tables and chairs with sun coverings,A great place to stop and buy 4-5 pounds of carnitas if you are entertaining or having family over it’s a great dinner. I’m sure it would freeze nicely as well.I hope they can add carne asada to their menu and churros.“
“The restaurant closed in 2020 due to the pandemic, but the bakery is still in business. Growing up and living in Southern California most of my life, I have not found a better bakery. This one is by far the best. Most bakeries close early. Mi Amigo is open seven days a week, from 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily.“
“Love this place when I have people visiting from out of town and want to have some nice music and eat some of the best Mexican food in Fallbrook. Is frequently crowded and there's a wait. But that's because it's so popular and only open on Friday and Saturday. Name is Henry“
“Best street tacos! Carne asada or adobada tacos. Bold flavor. Window service, take out style. But they do have a designated covered patio area with picnic style tables. Affordable and worth the trip to fallbrook. Kind of a hidden gem, their located on the side of a liquor store, on mission and old stage road, right hand side if traveling north on mission ( coming from the direction of the 76 highway). Family ran. Mom and pop shop for sure. I Always make a point to stop by before leaving town, when visiting, to show support and eat great Mexican food. Tacos aren't the only option, they have traditional Mexican style plates. Sopas, pollo, carnitas, carne, rolled tacos, burritos, al pastor, lingua, beans and Mexican rice. Killer green sauce! Yum ?“
“The ordered from here because it was close and open late, but we were pleasantly surprised at how good it was! Nothing fancy, but good flavors. The shrimp and fish tacos were creamy, and fresh, the salsa added a nice spice to it. The friend chicken burrito was so good and crunchy !!! The shrimp burrito was tasty!! Food was cheap and filling ! Definitely give it a shot“
“I’ve been eating these burritos since I was a little girl and my dad would take me here. 27 years later and I’m still coming here from the Bay Area to have their amazing burritos. I don’t know what they add to the meat but it is to die for!“
“I love this place! Very friendly staff, perfect outdoor setting, nice vibe and ambiance. El Parque offers a large selection of beers on tap at an affordable price that you can sip outside on a nice outdoor patio. Their food is rightly priced (burgers are amazing, for less than $9!), delicious and come in large portions. To me, this Mexican fast-food spot is a gem located in a beautiful location! As opposed to other reviews, service has never bene slow for me...“
“Los Tres Compadres is a small restaurant on Mission, downtown Fallbrook. We have done takeout their many times because the food is worth the trip. I have tried the full sized tacos and many of the burritos. The food is very flavorful and with a generous size at a reasonable price. The restaurant has quite a variety of items. We have been to many mexican restaurants all along the coast and find this restaurant, though not fancy or large and more geared for takeout, makes up for it in the food, which is the prime factor in what a restaurant is all about!“
“Las Brisas was hands down the #1 Mexican restaurant! Nothing else compared to them when Blanca & Alejandra owned/operated the restaurant. It was a sad day when we found out they were selling the restaurant.. new owners took over and it just isn't the same.. food is good but not like before. Just very plain Atmosphere.. they need to take some pointers from how the restaurant used to be.“
“I've been sleeping in this place! Got the #2 asada plate. Fantastic! Well seasoned, large portion of meat, could've made 2 more tacos. Frijoles were seasoned & the rice was pretty good. I'm not a fan of veggies in the rice and this didn't have any. Overall, will always consider for a take-out option. Gave it 4stars bc the tomatoes in pico were just a tad overripe.“
“Some of the best buche, cuero and carnitas tacos I’ve ever had! If you go make sure you try out the cueritos tacos! You will not regret it ?also the chicharron is nothing but ? I took 4 lbs to go back to LA. Hidden gem in fallbrook for sure, will be coming back when in town!“
