“We Stopped by for lunch, it was rainy and cold outside so I ordered the Birria en consome. I was so glad I did. It hit the spot!! My only recommendation would be to serve a better quality tortilla. The gentleman behind the bar served us and he did a GREAT job, I feel bad that I don't remember his name. The place was nice clean and welcoming. Definitely coming back and I highly recommend it.“

“I’m so glad I stumbled upon this taco truck in Lake Elsinore—authentic Mexican food is hard to find here, and this spot is a gem! The food is made fresh, and you can taste the difference compared to reheated meals. They even make handmade tortillas, which take the tacos to another level. The flavors are bold and truly authentic, and the staff is super friendly and keeps everything clean. It’s definitely my go-to for Mexican food now! “I used El Burro Taco for catering my sons graduation party. Chris was very helpful and got back to me quickly. He suggested the Taco Bar which came with 3 meats, lots of toppings, tortillas, rice, beans, chips, and salsa. It was a crowd pleaser! I ordered for 50 and had some left over as well. Will definitely suggest them for anyone looking for catering services or just looking for some great local Mexican food.“

“This place is always good and has a nice little cantina inside.
The loaded carne asada fries were delicious. The only thing I would add, to make the experience complete, would be to add Dos Equis Amber to the selection of draft beer. That makes any Mexican meal perfect!“
