The food is good here, no question. But not the place to go if you don't want to wait in line. With my disability, I cannot stand for very long and once you place your order, then you have to go over to the kitchen area and give them the actual order slip so they can prepare your order and you must stay there standing and wait. It's too bad they don't recognize that some of us can't do this. So we don't go anymore.
The food and drinks quality is inconsistent compare to the Escondido location.
Beat Mexican food I've had in a long time.

Frida’s Taqueria serves excellent and delicious food, with great tacos full of good flavors. The carne asada, pollo asado, adobada, and papas con soyrizo are all highlighted, along with tasty carne asada fries, burritos, vampiros, and quesadillas. Fresh made food and delicious Aguas Frescas round out the menu. The staff are generally noted as friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. However, service can be inconsistent, with orders sometimes incorrect and very long lines on Taco Tuesday. The store is in a bad location, described as a cafeteria-like echo chamber by the movie theater, but it is clean and convenient for the area. Portions are generous.
