I’m surprised this place is still open, I sat at the bar for 15mins before the bartenders acknowledge I was there . I ordered a drink and appetizer, it took 30 mins for the appetizer and another 45 mins to be acknowledged for another drink. The bartenders were taking drinks to tables, they were even taking food to tables. There was a point where there was no one behind the bar for 20 mins. The absolute WORST customer service experience I've ever had. Went on a Saturday evening and they were completely under staffed. It seemed like the people who were working were hiding in the back. No sense of urgency from the staff or managers. The restaurant was packed and the host/manager kept seating people even though none of the current guests had food or drinks.
