“First time in California. Tried In N Out in Santa Monica - absolutely terrible. My first impression was that In N Out was just a basic flavorless burger.

However, gave it a 2nd try while visiting some family in San Marcos. It was like night and day. Our cashier was super nice and patient with me as I figure out what I want. The burger tasted so much better. Very happy with this experience.“

“Have always had a great experience at The Money Pit; except for today (10/28/24). My wife and I stopped for lunch and ordered 2 hamburgers, 1 fry, and 2 drinks. At the time of ordering your employee gave me a to-go carrier for the two drinks, and I told her that we were eating at the Money Pit. She gave me two cups for the drinks. I paid the bill of $20.04 with cash, and she gave me my change. She seemed very put out that I was not taking the drinks and food out. Anyway, when they brought the meal, there were 3 hamburgers, not 2. I said I ordered 2 and she basically told me I was lying and walked away. If you get a server about 30-35 years old, 5'4" tall, with glasses at the Money Pit expect to be treated in a rude matter. Never happened to me in the past (over 10 years of eating there), and I hope you don't have to deal with this employee.“

“I Thank God for this location. Devine sandwiches. The owners are such an amazing blessing to those around them and they keep an atmosphere of gratitude, peace, joy and laughters. This place is amazing.

“I came here because I heard they had improved the Whopper. It was outstanding! Tasted great and was even presented well. It didn't look thrown together. It looked like the picture on the menu board. How often is that true? The bun was even toasted. The fries were also very good. I hadn't eaten at a Burger King in years. But I'm definitely coming back.“

“They were way understaffed for a lunch rush on a sunday. Only three people on sift. The three people working did great under the pressure. Wish management would have given them atleast two more people so the line could have moved better, and so mistakes were made, but the staff even though short handed were very welcoming and fixed my order promptly.“

The drink station to fill up your own soda or get straws and lids is actually very tall so you would need to ask for assistance in reaching those if you are in a wheelchair or not tall enough to reach. As for seating, there are wheelchair accessible tables inside and outside to eat at. Masks: no employees or guests were wearing masks when I came in on 3-28-2022. Food: the food and cookies were good. They had everything available. The only big issue I had was their new lids; wow their lids are impossible to poke straws through. I had to actually cut open the hole of the drink lid to get my straw inside, no joke. They should fix this. Nearby things: there is an LA Fitness gym, Spaghetti Factory, UPS drop off place, pizza place, Mexican food place, and barber shop all in this same parking lot.“

“This was not what I was expecting! I haven't been to or ordered from a Papa John's in probably over a decade. I randomly decided to stop here because they were open late and it was nearby. The staff were so extremely friendly and helpful. They were all cleaning and organizing when I walked in, and quickly greeted me with a hello and genuine smile. “This Carl’s Jr. went above and beyond today! I had placed an order through the app thinking I placed it at this Knoll road location. I went in to pick up my order but I discovered I placed my order in Lake Elsinore. I heard Alfredo the cashier mention this to his coworkers while I called the other Carl’s. As soon as I got off the phone to cancel the order, Patricia, which I believe is one of the managers, wanted to know what I ordered so she could get the order transferred. I showed them the order on my phone and they got the order promptly made. I offered to pay because I was told I would be receiving a refund but Patricia and refused and said it is ok, don’t worry about it. As I finished up my meal, the employee from the Lake Elsinore called me back to reassure me that I would receive a refund in 1-3 business days. I waved Patricia to inform that I just got confirmation of the refund and that I insisted on paying for the meal. She still refused and said it is ok. The only thing she asked of me was to leave a Google Review so here I am. Thank you team Carl’s Jr. in San Marcos at the Knoll road location and a special big Thank You to Patricia and Alfredo!“

“We visited this location for dinner on 5/13, and it didn't disappoint. The food was hot, freshly prepared, and very tasty. Our cashier, Jeffrey, provided incredible customer service. “I really appreciate the great service I always get here from April. April is such a hardworking person and always seems to be busy making sure everything is running smoothly and customers are taken care of.

“You can do the drive through or pull up to a ordering space. The food is delicious. One of the best fast food chains, but albeit on the pricier side for fast food, but you get quality. Their burgers are loaded with quality meat, fresh vegetables, and tasty ingredients. Their tater tots are crispy on the outside and soft and warm on the inside. Their shakes and Sonic Blasts are delicious. This is my new favorite fast food.“
