Subway is a popular restaurant where customers can order a variety of sandwiches. The service is generally efficient, even during busy lunch hours. Customers can request their sandwiches to be extra toasted, and the staff members make sure the sandwiches are not burnt. However, there have been instances where the restaurant has faced some challenges, such as running out of white bread and cookies being burnt.
Customers appreciate the quality of the food, with one customer describing the turkey sandwich with avocado as "amazing." The restaurant is a popular choice for families, with customers often stopping to grab sandwiches on their way home. While the food is generally praised, some customers have experienced issues with the service, particularly when placing mobile orders. One customer waited for over an hour for their order, while another found that walk-in customers were served before them, despite having placed a mobile order.
Additionally, some customers have expressed disappointment with the lack of lids for their containers, especially when the restaurant was closing and they were rushed out with a container without a lid.
