Went to this location and had the worst customer service experience of my life. On October 1st, 2023 in the afternoon around 2:30 PM, a girl wearing glasses helped me and my family. She was rude, was upset when we decided to add two more sandwiches to our order (no one was behind us, the store was empty), and she told us "Any other last minute sandwiches you want to add?"After this she also said she'd be more upset if there were other people in the store. It's your job to make these sandwiches, you're not doing us a favor by doing your job, so don't act like it. This location doesn't care about anything like that though. Go to the subway on Woodland Parkway and Mission Ave, they're better.

I ordered two sandwiches on the app and paid extra for double meat on both sandwiches. The ingredients were correct, except I didn't get the double meat. The sandwiches were to go orders, and I didn't know the extra layer was missing until they were unwrapped at the park.

This store used old bread and as the result, the crumbles are all over. Felt that I got cheated! Never going to have this Subway again no complaints about the service. Thebmanay ahouy be reviewed the quality (don't sell old bread!).

When I went in it today 3/16 around 12, they were in a lunch rush, but these girls were on top of it! They were working smoothly and quickly. I wish i got her name, but she has deep red hair, but she’s so sweet! I asked for my sandwich extra toasted and she got scared she burnt it and it was going to be too hard, but it’s perfect! I appreciate you trying so hard to make me a new sandwich despite me opposing, you’re the sweetest! Thank you for my great sandwich ◡̈

Treated differently because I wanted more veggies on my sandwich. Put my change on the counter in an impatient manner (they usually hand it to me) and didn’t give me my sandwich. Had to reach out to the other side of the counter to grab it. I wouldn’t even rate that as subpar service.

I’ve been to this subway often and never had any issues, no problems with wait time. But I went today and brought my sandwich home and about halfway through one side there’s something really hard and sharp. I thought it was a piece of frozen meat or vegetable but there was a piece of WOOD in my food! I called the store twice and there’s no answer and the voicemail box is full, I wanted to let them know to check their stock so someone doesn’t accidentally swallow something! I’m not sure if I’ll be going back to this one.

Slightly upset because we stopped to grab lunch and grab a sandwich for my son in between his baseball games. They had NO WHITE BREAD. Our choices were wheat or the flat bread. Then I wanted cookies, but whomever was in charge of making them must've forgotten they were cooking and BURNED them.
