I would like to see more food items . One place I also loved is Snap Kitchen from Texas .. I would like to see healthier pasta, perhaps even Spinach type .. tricks the brain with favorable sauces .. Steam broccoli, white cabbage.. I think the food prices are great but the drinks are a little up there .. Unsure if you can look into getting odyssey 222 drink for a great deal so I can buy them daily .. been getting them for $5 and that’s too much but again unsure.. I understand there travel fees and shipping.. A alkaline water machine would be cool to refill waters and store can charge a fee.. Anyways I am a daily customer.. love the Shrimp with grits & backyard bbq !!“

“I had an exceptional experience at Carl’s Jr. during my recent drive-thru visit, and I want to give a special shoutout to Reyna for her outstanding customer service. The AI drive-thru system initially began taking my order, but Reyna took the time to step in, override it, and personally assist me instead.

She was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. I had a question regarding the 9-piece Chicken Stars, and she clearly explained my options and even let me know I could upgrade them to a 20-piece. That extra effort to make sure I understood my choices really made a difference and helped me decide on what would work best for me.

It’s not often you encounter someone who takes that extra step to ensure a customer feels heard and taken care of, especially in a drive-thru setting. “Do not rely on the sandwich artist to READ the details of your or order even if you type instructions manually in ALL CAPS. There is hardly any distinction between light and regular amounts of toppings. My best subway experiences have been outside of the app. Also, the app will tell you the sub is ready but when you arrive at the restaurant you will either have to wait in line or it hasn’t even been started yet unless there are no other orders or customers being helped. Subway, have your people measure out the amounts for toppings instead of leaving it up to them. There is absolutely NO consistency from restaurant to restaurant. From now on I’ll just stand at the counter and have them make it to order just like old times. Ordering in advance is useless.“

“I am giving this place 5 stars based on the two workers tonight. The young woman and man killed it tonight. I got in early for my order like way to early thought it had to be a typo. The place had a huge rush. The two staff members handle the crowd with a great attitude. The repor with the customers coming in was outstanding. I have a two yr old I had to take to the car. The staff young lady I think thought I was going to bail out because I was waiting so long and brought me out one of the sandwiches. Made me laugh and admir the dedication to her work and customers service. Give those two a raise they ran that store tonight with outstanding repo and customers service. They were exhausted from working so hard. The young man even made fresh bacon when they were out for my wife's food. I could tell he wasn't feeling it but he went ahead & busted it out. “I have to be honest, it's a little noisy inside. The food is really good. I had the beef wellington, it was definitely worth trying but their filet melts in your mouth. Do not leave without Gordon Ramsey's grandma dessert. It's divine. Sticky toffee pudding. The service makes you feel special. Our waiter and his staff never missed a step. You'll drop a pretty penny, maybe a parents date night, leave the kids at home. The wine wall is pretty amazing to see. Check it out.“
