“Do not rely on the sandwich artist to READ the details of your or order even if you type instructions manually in ALL CAPS. There is hardly any distinction between light and regular amounts of toppings. My best subway experiences have been outside of the app. Also, the app will tell you the sub is ready but when you arrive at the restaurant you will either have to wait in line or it hasn’t even been started yet unless there are no other orders or customers being helped. Subway, have your people measure out the amounts for toppings instead of leaving it up to them. There is absolutely NO consistency from restaurant to restaurant. From now on I’ll just stand at the counter and have them make it to order just like old times. Ordering in advance is useless.“

“I am giving this place 5 stars based on the two workers tonight. The young woman and man killed it tonight. I got in early for my order like way to early thought it had to be a typo. The place had a huge rush. The two staff members handle the crowd with a great attitude. The repor with the customers coming in was outstanding. I have a two yr old I had to take to the car. The staff young lady I think thought I was going to bail out because I was waiting so long and brought me out one of the sandwiches. Made me laugh and admir the dedication to her work and customers service. Give those two a raise they ran that store tonight with outstanding repo and customers service. They were exhausted from working so hard. The young man even made fresh bacon when they were out for my wife's food. I could tell he wasn't feeling it but he went ahead & busted it out. Food was done right“
