“This place is the bomb. All of the ingredients are always fresh and the staff are so friendly. Definitely recommend this place to everyone.“

“I am giving this place 5 stars based on the two workers tonight. The young woman and man killed it tonight. I got in early for my order like way to early thought it had to be a typo. The place had a huge rush. The two staff members handle the crowd with a great attitude. The repor with the customers coming in was outstanding. I have a two yr old I had to take to the car. The staff young lady I think thought I was going to bail out because I was waiting so long and brought me out one of the sandwiches. Made me laugh and admir the dedication to her work and customers service. Give those two a raise they ran that store tonight with outstanding repo and customers service. They were exhausted from working so hard. The young man even made fresh bacon when they were out for my wife's food. I could tell he wasn't feeling it but he went ahead & busted it out. Food was done right“

“ Stars!I've been a regular at Jersey Mike's Subs for my lunch breaks over the past couple of years, and each visit reaffirms why it's my go-to spot for a satisfying meal. From the moment you step through the door, you're greeted with the tantalizing aroma of freshly baked bread and the warm welcome of the friendly staff. One of my top recommendations from their menu is the #3 sub – a delectable combination of meats, cheeses, and fresh veggies that never fails to hit the spot. The quality of ingredients is consistently high, ensuring each bite bursts with flavor. What truly sets Jersey Mike's apart, however, is the exceptional service. The staff members go above and beyond to ensure that every customer feels valued and well taken care of. Whether it's making recommendations, customizing orders, or simply sharing a friendly conversation, their attentiveness and genuine warmth enhance the overall dining experience.Kudos must also be given to the management team, who clearly do an outstanding job of maintaining high standards across the board. The restaurant is always clean and well-organized, and any concerns or requests are promptly addressed with professionalism and efficiency. In conclusion, Jersey Mike's Subs is more than just a place to grab a sandwich – it's a haven for delicious food, outstanding service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're a first-time visitor or a long-time regular like myself, you're guaranteed a consistently excellent experience. Highly recommended!“

“Fast and easy service. Mary, I believe was her name, very friendly and kind. The other girl was rude and had no respect to customers.
The customer who was ahead of us wanted a to go bag, the cashier threw the bag at the customer. I don't know her name, had tattoos on both arms“

“Young man with the short black hair seemed very off, sort of confused. It felt like he was upset he had customers. Also had his buddy in the lobby hanging out. He made inappropriate noises towards my family while we left the restaurant. No worries. I’ll go to Jersey Mike’s next time peace👍“

“I ordered 2 sandwiches on the app for pick up and on the way over I got a call from the store. The employee was calling to let me know they ran out of the bread we had ordered for both sandwiches, and wanted to know what bread we would like instead. We ordered close to close so not shocked at all they were out of the popular herbs & cheese bread. I was very impressed that she called to ask what we wanted instead! I work in food service so I know how annoying it can be to have to call customers lol, and not every employee is willing to do it, some people just wait until the customer arrives to tell them they’re out of what they ordered (or just change it themselves 🙄). So I do consider this simple consideration above and beyond service imo. The sandwich were delicious too 👌🏼
The chips were back down the hallway to the bathroom, which felt a little weird but there isn’t much room close to the counter so they’re just working with what they got.“

“I came in on Sunday night and it was surprisingly packed. I was like wow this is gonna take a while. There was one guy working. People were coming in with app orders as well as walk-ins and everyone looked like they knew this is gonna be a while. But turns out the guy that was working, Daniel, this guy is a machine and he was really cool and super organized and very efficient. It didn’t take long at all and he made a great sandwich. This is a good location. They got good people there.“
