“Of course they made an outstanding sandwich. I also saw some really good customer service. There’s a gentleman there named Mike. And he most definitely has awesome leadership qualities. I hope that man gets a promotion and a raise soon. But to see how calmly he addressed the customer that was behind me. She had a lot of food concerns, and he was really considerate about them. He was able to tell jokes and keep everyone entertained while he was Cleaning the counter, and doing all the tasks of making sure that her food wasn’t contaminated by whatever she was worried about. Just really good. Customer service really good direction really good management. A great team on a Friday.“

“I was very impressed with this location. I haven’t had subway in years due to the one in my hometown being really bad and there for I thought it was bad. I tried it again in fallbrook and quickly realised that I may actually like subway now. This is a good location and I’ll be coming back.“

“I recommend this location only because you can only have pizza so many times. In our experience whenever we order without being in the store (for pickup) we have a 50% chance of our food being totally wrong. When it’s right, it’s my favorite fast sub place and is ?! But… Tonight was particularly frustrating. We ordered 2 wraps, a bowl and a sub. Every single item was wrong. Of course, we don’t know that until we get home and open the food. I’m not one to call and complain because there’s nothing I can do now at 6:30pm but for $56, I expect there to be at least an effort to customize the sandwiches in the way we took the time to select on the Jersey Mikes app. Make sure you double check every time and from now on I’ll only order in store so I can watch and check when it’s made. Not very convenient with 4 kids, so I suppose we won’t go there often. Sorry!“
