“My husband and I stopped by after seeing Eddie Izzard's Hamlet right down the street. I got the Damon Bruce and my husband got thr Hollywoo. Both were fantastic (though I tried both and think i picked best). The dirty sauce was surprisingly sweet, and the only complaint I have is that it was sweeter than I would have liked. Did not stop me from devouring the deliciousness, though. I will be back if I am in the area again.“

“Cliff Hanger Cafe is such a cool and atmospheric spot! The food is simple, sandwiches/burgers and the beer is reasonably priced. The best part is sitting outside and watching the paragliders take off and land right in front of you. The coastal views are absolutely fantastic throughout the day, but especially around sunset. Such a unique place to relax, have a drink, and enjoy the scenery. Highly recommend!“

That dressing needs to be bottled and sold! There's a party in my mouth every time I taste it. I have turned so many family and friends on to it. I was unable to get the correct delivery time with the driver, so I called in to the Encinitas location. Luis was AMAZING!! Some of the best customer service I have ever received. He made it happen for me and my staff with no mistakes on the order. The food was delish as usual, helpful for a staff with one vegan and one vegetarian. I would highly recommend this location, I have picked up from there MANY times. Again, I want to thank Luis for the additional steps and very friendly service - I was worried I would have 12 hungry teachers that worked hard all year. “Placed an order for 45 box lunches and a catering box…to all be picked up at 10:30am today. I know the Jersey Mike’s guys had to come in early to get it all ready. They were all smiles when we swiped up to pick up the order. Everything was FLAWLESS! Everything was fresh and ready on time. The entire UCSB lacrosse team was well fed, leaving nothing behind. “I enjoyed a nice breakfast wrap from this Grab & Go Subs in Kearny Mesa. In fact, I did not know that they offered breakfast these days.

For the breakfast wrap, you get a choice of spinach wrap, wheat, and or I think it was a sun dried tomato wrap. I went with the spinach and bacon for my protein, in addition to the scrambled eggs, and cheese.

The wrap was good. The eggs were fluffy but needed some seasoning. I added some black pepper. Unfortunately, they do not offer a salsa, but simply bottled hot sauce. The bacon was tasty and had a good chew, and the wrap came with a decent amount of cheese.

The hospitality was very nice. The young lady at the counter was very sweet. The service was efficient. I also had a cup a coffee which was very good, but I wanted to turn it into an ice coffee. I was surprised when I was told they did not offer ice. I can't understand how a deli does not have ice.“

“This Jersey Mikes experience was one for the freaking books. I came in craving a good, sloppy sandwich, and oh did they deliver. I got the club sub MIKES WAY, and it was just delicious ash.

Now, I really wrote this review not for Jersey Mikes but the two people working tonight! You made eating a sandwich just so much more exhilarating, and enjoyable. This customer service was top notch, and I can’t wait to go back to fill my craving.

I had waited in line with my two toddler grandsons and, when I reached the register, learned that the store would not accept my $100 bill. Unfortunately, the notice was not visible to me before ordering, and I had already waited through a long line. Several employees explained the policy, but Alexis took the time to understand the situation and made a thoughtful decision that allowed us to complete the transaction. She was kind, professional, and showed excellent judgment. “Definitely one of the better Subway locations I’ve been to in a long time. It was super clean inside, the staff were friendly and moving quickly, and there was a steady flow of customers. Have to emphasize the high level of cleanliness here and the very good service.

I ordered a salad based on the turkey sandwich, and added every veggie except pickles, plus olive oil and red wine vinegar on the side. It’s kind of small for $10.54 after tax (see receipt), but I was in a pinch for something as I forgot my main part of my lunch at home.

Overall the salad ingredients were really fresh, and once mixed, it tasted pretty good overall. With my three hard boiled eggs I brought from home, it was a pretty filling and solid meal.

I give this Subway a 4.33/5 stars (high for any fast food honestly) and definitely think it’s one of the better locations in all of San Diego city.“

“This location is convenient for anyone working or living within a four mile radius. There is a full shopping mall here with several eateries and a grocery store. The lot is huge, so plenty of parking, even during holiday season.

This Subway has a couple of women who work the day shift like pros. They make a sandwich like it’s nobody’s business and not once have they ever messed it up. I have busted this store more times than I can count on my fingers and toes, so it’s about time I gave them their props! Way to go girls. I sure hope your manager appreciates you as much as all us customers do!“

“It had been a few years since I was able to get to an Ike's, and it did NOT disappoint. We picked up sandwiches before heading to the San Diego Safari Park, and even though they were hot and had to travel, it held up so well and was delicious!

Additionally, Trevon and Devon were so nice and helpful. They had a huge carryout order they were also working on, but the were a boss team and got us taken care of while managing that order as well. Super efficient and VERY kind! Great employees to have for sure and I hope we see them on our next visit:)“
