I was unable to get the correct delivery time with the driver, so I called in to the Encinitas location. Luis was AMAZING!! Some of the best customer service I have ever received. He made it happen for me and my staff with no mistakes on the order. The food was delish as usual, helpful for a staff with one vegan and one vegetarian. I would highly recommend this location, I have picked up from there MANY times. Again, I want to thank Luis for the additional steps and very friendly service - I was worried I would have 12 hungry teachers that worked hard all year. I had waited in line with my two toddler grandsons and, when I reached the register, learned that the store would not accept my $100 bill. “Definitely one of the better Subway locations I’ve been to in a long time. It was super clean inside, the staff were friendly and moving quickly, and there was a steady flow of customers. Have to emphasize the high level of cleanliness here and the very good service.

I ordered a salad based on the turkey sandwich, and added every veggie except pickles, plus olive oil and red wine vinegar on the side. It’s kind of small for $10.54 after tax (see receipt), but I was in a pinch for something as I forgot my main part of my lunch at home.

Overall the salad ingredients were really fresh, and once mixed, it tasted pretty good overall. With my three hard boiled eggs I brought from home, it was a pretty filling and solid meal.

I give this Subway a 4.33/5 stars (high for any fast food honestly) and definitely think it’s one of the better locations in all of San Diego city.“

“This location is convenient for anyone working or living within a four mile radius. There is a full shopping mall here with several eateries and a grocery store. The lot is huge, so plenty of parking, even during holiday season.

This Subway has a couple of women who work the day shift like pros. They make a sandwich like it’s nobody’s business and not once have they ever messed it up. I have busted this store more times than I can count on my fingers and toes, so it’s about time I gave them their props! Way to go girls. I sure hope your manager appreciates you as much as all us customers do!“

She starts making my sandwich and when someone else walks in, she starts making their sandwichm even though I let her know that I am in a hurry. “It had been a few years since I was able to get to an Ike's, and it did NOT disappoint. We picked up sandwiches before heading to the San Diego Safari Park, and even though they were hot and had to travel, it held up so well and was delicious!

Additionally, Trevon and Devon were so nice and helpful. They had a huge carryout order they were also working on, but the were a boss team and got us taken care of while managing that order as well. Super efficient and VERY kind! Great employees to have for sure and I hope we see them on our next visit:)“
