I placed a last minute online order for my teachers (I am a Preschool Director) on the last day of school. I was unable to get the correct delivery time with the driver, so I called in to the Encinitas location. Luis was AMAZING!! Some of the best customer service I have ever received. The pesto chicken sandwich and the avocado salad with chipotle dressing and added chicken are absolute favorites! Impeccable and friendly service are star qualities of the Encinitas location!
The chimichurri sandwich is divine, and the atmosphere is totally chill. An absolutely incredible sandwich spot right in the heart of La Costa.
