“Went in to grab a sandwich and sides for picnic, and found a very well stocked convenience store with a fantastic deli. I had the California club on wheat, my friend got a wrap and we grabbed chips and sodas. The sandwiches were huge! So full of thinly sliced meats and fresh veggies. All tables were taken so wandered down to park bench in the shade. The sandwiches will definitely bring me back! Service was fast and friendly. Highly recommend.“

“Which Wich is fun the first time with the whole bag-ordering thing, but after that it’s really about the sandwiches. They’re customizable and pretty satisfying if you know what you want. Quality’s decent, not amazing. It can feel a bit slow during busy hours. Overall, a solid pick when you’re craving something quick and made your way.“

“I don't typically write reviews for places but some very terrible reviews writen for this subway made me question if it was as bad as it sounds. I recall reading a review stating an employee didn't know the difference between a churro and a pretzel. This along with others one star reviews intrigued me enough to eat there.So is it as bad as they say? Not at all! I honestly had a very enjoyable experience there. The employee there helped me through my order, as I don't know the menu all to well, and even past my slight incompetent the food came out fast and delicious, the employees mastered the craft of sandwich making imo lol. While perhaps my experience was an outlier in a bunch, I genuinely think the employees are great, know how to make sandwiches and are very much capable of helping their customers.“

“Just left this place like 30 min ago ordered tbac and jackhammer sandwich and let me just say it’s the best deli sandwiches I’ve had in SD I’m usually an El Cajon area delis but this one just hits the spot so good definitely will be going back there the lady’s behind the deli so nice and amazing the guy behind the liquor register was a very cool guy helped me find some stuff I was looking for and gave me some info about how Long they’ve been there and what times they are busy but yea everyone that works there AWSOME people they have seating on the side but I had to take mine to go but got to my house and let me just tell you there was no time for pictures after that first bite because we devoured the sandwiches. But yea definitely recommend this place for liquor and deli their liquor selection is a very good selection as well walk out with some very cool drinks never tried before so looking forward to that but yes must go to spot“

I had the gluten free chicken pesto and my hubby had the gluten free turkey deluxe sandwich.

First things first, we are visiting from the Midwest and we do not have GF focaccia bread!

Their bread was so soft, delicious, and unbelievable. I had to question if my order was prepared GF! My chicken pesto sandwich was absolutely delicious and my hubby enjoyed his as well. You know when it’s so quiet you can hear a pin drop? That’s exactly how our table was as we sat outside and devoured our sandwiches! The young men inside were very kind and provided great customer service as well. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a delicious sandwich and you need GF preparation.“
